Jump at 1700? Better be there at 0800 and sit there for nine f**king hours. This is the normal and what has the AF done to help? Well not put pads on the benches that's for sure.

The Army has definitely destroyed Pope. The gym is overcrowded, has broken equipment, and is generally always dirty. The golf course is an overgrown snake and rat sanctuary now. There is no dining hall, bowling alley, movie theater.... Oh and the post office shut down too. If you're Air Force you'll hate this place, if you're in the Army you'll love it because it'll look wonderful compared to the raggedy places you're used too...and you'll look forward to messing it up so nothing left on Pope or Bragg is nice at all.

My husband was at Pope Army Airfield in Services for three years he was in the 82 Air B he like it . We met at Pope Army Airfield in 1961 we were married in 1961. I am From fayetteville Nc. Happy 59 years .

The dining halls had an outstanding bad smell. But its nature is untouched and preserved in a wonderful way. Easy access to base because it is on the All American Highway expressway. The sports facilities were good.

Why does this have a rating? Its a military base, not a restaurant

Wait times tends to be long. Reservations are a must.
