It feels good to be here before the epidemic, and it s not worth it now. There are only a bunch of imperfect equipment, few staff, and lack of perfect service. Breakfast is like a battlefield and chaotic.

Rooms with pool access are amazing, clean hotel, super friendly service...would always book it again..

I am in love with this resort. No need to go outside once you enter it. You can spend all ur day bathing on the beach, soaking the sun or swimming in their fabulous pools. A special thing to notice is that several big resorts are connected through nusa dua beach and you can simply choose to eat at any of these restaurants, just walking from one resort to another. Inaya putri has very well maintained facilities and you can blindly trust the hygiene in their rooms. Indonesian and other cuisine at their restaurants was amazing (i liked the rosella ice tea as welcome drink). Its a baby friendly resort where you can easily walk with baby stroller all over the resort. Staff will greet you with a smile every now and then they see you and they are ready to provide any kind of help that you require.

Overall a good resort, spacious, 2 swimming pools and 3 kids pools, nice outdoor bar, dive ramp, and a great beach in front. The breakfast has a good selection of local and international foods, taste could be improved. The rooms are nice and spacious, the acoustic comfort should be improved with many guests passing by on the floors at all times of the day and night.

Beach front hotel with a very large garden, the lobby is really cool, the interior of the hotel is really cool, the white sand beach

Everything was good, staffs were friendly, breakfast has wide variety, we wished to stay longer though. There is daily Yoga and other exercises that you could join for free. More Fitness equipment would be a plus punkt for this resort though. We would definitely come back if we return to Bali.

Originally named Grand Inna Putri Bali. Built in 2012 to 2013. It is a five-star hotel in the Mengiat Beach area, Nusa Dua, South Kuta, Bali.

WOW ! just saw this new establishment by the beach... stunning ! beachfront, large beachfront garden, beachfront swimming pool, plenty of restaurants to choose from... GREAT ! my next hotel to stay in summer!

It is really a 5 star hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful, very beautiful and well cared for facilities, the pools are more. Both large swimming pools as the small pool (private) room.
Both the room and the bathroom (with bath and shower) are very large, have a machine to make coffee and tea.
Breakfast is very good and hearty. The surrounding area is green and well cared for, there is a car control before cars can enter the hotel grounds (mirrors under the car). The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the shopping center. I have nothing negative to point out, it was the best hotel I have stayed in today.

over all all good, just give advice if you can provide prayer tools for prayer (mukena), if you can eat more halal menu and variations so that it is not difficult to find suitable food for Muslims.

everything was perfect while we're staying here, staff, food, ambience, weather, beach, pool.. so perfect.. check in and check out quite long during business hours.

Great atmosphere as a resort and you'll find and enjoy the beach. But thats very too bad about the breakfast, so poorly, you wont find any meat at all like chicken, fish or beef. They called this resort as five star hotel? Really?

A very good hotel for a reasonable price. Delicious and varied breakfasts, helpful staff, comfortable large rooms can accommodate two adults and a child in a standard room without extra beds. Large clean pool with lots of sun loungers. Its access to the sea. The whole family enjoyed it. Would recommend it to everyone? Yes!

The hotel was amazing and in the perfect place. Everything was great the breakfast, the restaurant, the pool, the beach, the bar, the room and the service. We have the best vacation ever. You must eat ice cream.

Comfortable five-star hotel located at Nusa Dua area, which is suitable for your family vacation.

We visit this beautiful place at the end of July, when the occupancy rate were very low, due to Covid-19 pandemic.
Every single spot on this hotel felt like our own, starting from the beach, swimming pools, garden, even the restaurant. It was really sad to see this beatiful place empty.

Although the occupancy rate were low, the hotel management were still able to manage room, garden, and pool cleanliness. Even, they were implement strict health protocol, such as social distancing, spray disinfectan on your luggage, provide mask and hand sanitizer on guest room etc, to mantain all guest and crew safety and health.

Some adjustment also made during this time, for example when we were taking breakfast, there were no buffet available. All guest were offered breakfast menu, from the QR code provided by the waitress. And then the food and beverages will be made by order.

Hopefully this condition will be end soon, and tourism industries in Bali will rebound as soon as possible.

1 April 2018. We were a family vacation and stayed for two nights at Inaya Putri Bali. We are very satisfied with the facilities and services of the Inaya hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Because it is too broad, the distance between room-lobby-restaurant is quite far. Not bad sports counts Inaya also spoiled us with private access to the clean and calm Nusa Dua sea. At Inaya, we can watch the sunrise. Hopefully one day you can stay overnight at Inaya.

Beautiful property! Food was amazing and affordable. Professional staff and very helpful. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Excellent service! Will be coming back to Inaya nusa due in the future.

Just came back from our stay in Inaya which was very ok. Staff is also absolutely amazing, nice, smiling and always helpful, theres nothing more to ask for at that point. AC in our room stinked so we were forced to keep it off. We hated check in experience, we had to wait almost an hour for the check in after 15.00. Also we felt treated like a thieves. You cant pay for the hotel when you check out unless you pay the deposit, you cant use the hotel restaurant and pay later unless you have a deposit, there was so much talk about different kind of deposits that it started feeling uncomfortable, like we have to prove that we have that money and we wont steal it or smth? I dont know whats the point of that. Hotel has our credit card number given when booking so I guess if we run away without paying hotel can charge our card for everything we used? I understand that in the end hotel is not doing anything wrong, but this is really unpleasant and a bit awkward. Why do it if you can avoid it so simply and do as any other hotel on the planet? Charge a client if he doesnt pay and dont have that awkward talk maybe. Also to borrow a towel you need to use a towel card - you kind of exchange your card for a towel for time that you use it. So if you loose one of them you will be charged 400 k rupia - hotel is trying to suggest that this towel or card is worth almost 30 dollars? You cant drink tap water in bali so they provide you with bottle water that is for free only for the first day. After you use it you have to pay for the water yourself so its a bit like you cant wash your teeth for free in that hotel? I have never seen in it any other country where you cant drink tap water that you have to pay for that water yourself!!!!! Thats really weak. Besides that hotel area, pools, beachfront, room and any other facilities are absolutely gorgeous, amazing and unforgettable!!

The rooms are ok big and comfortable. Bgs beach. It's a shame the service at the restaurant is disappointing and the standard breakfast menu really doesn't work for the other 5 stars. feeling less.

The hotel is still new, very good. unfortunately the home cable cannot be used. So during my 4 days there, when the night was dazed accompanied by a laptop (yes, the wifi was jammed and used by streaming movies).

Good resort to enjoy. Located in secured area of Nusa Dua beach, spacious sea facing lobby, marvelous 2 minutes walk private beach, great delicious breakfast and cozy room with bath tub and soft blanket will encomplete the holiday. ... unfortunately I was on working duty to participate in seminar the whole day.

Amazing value for such a large hotel. Rooms were large and spacious and staff were attentive and friendly. Bedding and sheets were perfect and comfortable. Location is really close to beach and a 2min drive to Bali Collection where there are shops and restaurants. No fans available at the lobby and dining area.

big big bath tub and I love how they turned the whole resort into a Penglipuran Village look-alike place.
