Room: Deluxe pool access room.

Room: Deluxe pool access room.
Facility: Clean, very good size facility but ageing, in need of maintenance from the buildings to the actual rooms.
The pools were beautiful and the proximity to the beach very convenient, perfect for both adults and kids.
The fitness centre shouldn t be listed. The room cannot accomodate more than 2 people at the time. it s actually unsafe. This is something that should really be either removed or completely redone in a much bigger area.
Food: The breakfast offers a lot of variety and the food is as good as most resorts. For what concerns lunch and dinner, portions are quite small, food is average and definitely overpriced.
Staff: Staff was friendly, helpful and very nice with kids.

Overall a nice stay, It s a family friendly place, well priced, however the structure and the food could definitely be improved.

The place is very comfortable for us as a family .... Our children also feel at home living here, not feeling bored at all for 4 days 3 nights ...
The room is spacious, the bathroom also makes you feel at home
Moreover, there is a special room for the Tamaya kids to play with .... The staff is also very friendly and takes care of the children playing monopoly, drawing, making works of flannel while watching educational videos. .. When I stay in the room they feel at home living in the Tamaya kids ...
For the breakfast menu .... yummy .... increasing my weight during my 4 days 3 nights stay here hehehe

Great room, private access to the pool, also good access to the beach. Even the artichitecture is great, but the functionality is not favorable when in the rainy season. Definitely need buggy cart and umbrellas...

Great facilities and very friendly staff. Our kids have loved the multiple pools, jumping from one to the next all day. We got 2 adjoining bottom floor pool rooms and the two rooms share a good sized private pool. Overall the hotel has exceeded our expectations.

Whatever I say about this hotel is a bit more! Impeccable at all. Staff very polite and ready to serve at any time. The hotel is spotless and very beautifully landscaped. It has many options for eating a drink, it has a small local market where you can buy local products. Beach towels are provided to you. Breakfast is excellent.

We went for a breakfast and the waitress asked for my daughter to change her pijama. Because she said to enter the restaurant for breakfast the dresscode is casual. Such a weird experience so we should back to room and change clothes.

The hotel only gets three stars from us, as it didn't do justice to the five stars it had during our stay. We stayed at the Inaya for two weeks and had booked a room with access to the pool, for the meals we had chosen breakfast. The breakfast selection was good at first, although after a week you would have wished for a bit of variety. The hotel gets the next minus point because of the dirty room that we got a few days before our departure, we had dead, dried flies in the bed that had fallen from a picture hanging on the wall. The dead flies were also under the bed and on the sofa, which we only noticed at that point, so the room hadn't been cleaned properly all days beforehand. One situation particularly annoyed us! My significant other was sick, had a fever, chills, and was dehydrated. We called at the front desk that the hotel doctor would be sent to us at least with a thermometer to see how high the fever is. Three calls and endless discussions later, we got the answer that the doctor has no time and will only come tomorrow morning. Someone from the hotel only came by with a thermometer after we had promised to buy medication. Then a (we suspect intern) came by who spoke little or no English and had the doctor on his cell phone. We then took a taxi to the hospital on our own.

Briefly summarized other points:
- Pool light was broken, in a room with pool access, it was repaired a day before departure
- Room was not cleaned once, they were simply forgotten
- Most of the hotel guests consisted of Japanese and Chinese who also practiced their culture in the hotel without regard to other hotel guests e.g. Spitting on the floor be it at the pool / beach or in the rest of the hotel area, loud conversation up to roaring at the breakfast table, burping while eating - everything was tolerated by the hotel and seemed normal
- The room was extremely badly soundproofed and ours was right next to the entrance to the residential complex where the elevator was. We were woken up several times at night because the Japanese and Chinese guests were loud again. The hotel should advise guests to be a bit quieter, especially at night, or to isolate the rooms better.

The attitude of the staff is very rude, there is no ethics at all, driving away customers who are swimming and closing my side pool umbrella when it rains without asking permission even though I am, even though I am playing cellphone under an umbrella and my camera is also under an umbrella. 5 star hotel but 1 star quality. For information, if a 2 year old baby swims, is he charged 200,000?

So much has changed on this government-owned hotel since years ago. It has now transformed into a such modern luxury hotel with magnificent pool, garden, villas, and beautiful scenery within the hotel itself. This hotel have direct access to Nusa Dua beach-line which is a great advantage for the guest.

Nice hotel, friendly service.

Nice hotel, friendly service.
Every afternoon there is a local market in the hotel area. And no need to bother looking for the beach, because the beach is already there.
