On Sept 4 IMVU advised me a virtual product purchased through the IMVU catalog had been removed. In the past when IMVU determined AFTER offering virtual products for sale to remove the product refunds were issued to purchasers. However in this instance IMVU would not issue a refund, even after my filing a support ticket. I have been a active member of the IMVU community for over 13 years. This is fraud. This is how IMVU treats adults.

i would not recommend this site as they deactivate accounts and you will loose everything including credits and properties

This game puts your account on hold then takes your money I would not recommend playing this game
