Professional and beautiful dresses as soon as I walked in the building. Private dressing room with your own stylist to help you before walking out for viewing. Robe in between if needed. However, Jazmin was amazing. She got to know me in a short period of time and helped me find my perfect dress. It didn t take long because of her expertise. Once I found the dress, she made me the bride by adding all the accessories, updo and bouquet to finish the touch. She was top notch and made my decision so easy. This store is the place to find your bridal gown!
Even though I didn't get my dress from Impression Bridal Gallery, it housed my second choice. I went to 13 different dress places and Alyse was my favorite stylist! She's like a dress fairy with a gift for picking dream dresses.
The dresses in the gallery were beautiful and of good quality. The space was organized by designers (I think) and Alyse made sure to suggest certain areas she thought I would like while also giving me freedom to look around on my own. The rest of the staff were super friendly and helpful in picking which dresses looked better.
I had a wonderful experience! As soon as we walked through the door we knew that it would be the place that I would find my dress. Alyse made it happen. She was so kind, sweet, and magical now I call her my little personal UNICORN. I can t wait to go back and find my bridesmaids dresses. Thank you, Alyse!
This salon treated my guests and I wonderfully. My stylist was Amanda and she is AMAZING. She gets as many details about you and your wants as she can and then pulls amazing dresses in your price range. No one should have trouble finding their dream gown with Amanda at impressions .

I really don't understand how this place has received so many good reviews because my experience was unpleasant and awkward. I booked my appointment here based on the reviews and their website selection. My first impression walking into Impressions Bridal was dry cleaning factory. All the dresses are covered in plastic bags so you can't visually see any of them.
My party and I were brought back to our seating area, in which was very dirty. We were not offered any drinks of any sort. The gown podium was messy and unkempt. The bridal attendant sat us down for like a 15 minute awkward interview asking all the details of my wedding and little about the dress. I told the attendant very specific detail of what I wanted in my dress and even showed her 2-3 pictures of stuff I have tried on that I liked from other places. She then proceeded to tell me that she would go pick out my dresses for me since their selection was so large. I'm sorry, but the whole experience of wedding dress shopping was picking out the dresses with your wedding party. Regardless, I let her pick out my first few dresses. She came back to my dressing room and I CAN NOT believe what she brought me to try on. It was NOTHING like I described!!
She brought her manager back and I even showed her the ideas I had in mind. A few more dresses were selected for me based on what I had given the manager. I tried several on and I was floored at the poor quality... I am size 6/8 and the dresses they were bringing me were a 12, which I understand wedding gowns run smaller. However, most of the dresses didn't have a flattering fit and I told her that I didn't like it on me. I could sense the attendants frustration as she told me nothing is my size.. Very unprofessional attitude!
To be in the Galleria, I had high expectation of service and quality. I did not receive either. This is lower than David Bridal quality with a couture price point. Impressions Bridal was highly unimpressive!!!
This bridal shop is big. They have a lot of dresses so I'm sure you can find something in your budget and/or your vision but it might take you more than one visit.
I did feel a little pressured because I told my consultant I had a couple of more bridal shops that I was going to visit before saying yes to the dress. I should have said something before because I said it at the end and she looked a little shocked that I wasn't going to say yes to the dress right then and there. I did tell the same thing to other bridal shops (because I went to a lot!) and all of them were mostly like that's okay you need to find the one if it's ours come back.
I think I went to every store in Houston and the surrounding area. All stores had a great selection of dresses and were really sweet and helpful (except AMORE bridal also known as The Bridal Depot)
I had a really great experience at Impression. The sales associate helped me try on A LOT of dresses and never seemed to get annoyed. She actually asked questions to help her and help me determine what I actually wanted. After a very bad experience at David's Bridal, her patience and Impression's unique dresses made me for sure believe I was meant to get my wedding gown here! Everyone at the wedding couldn't stop talking about how beautiful my dress was, even the photographer who has seen hundreds of wedding dresses! Let me also mention their tailor was so great! I had 3 fittings and they were always on time and adjusted exactly how I wanted it to look. Can't complain about price because you get what you pay for!
Cristina helped me find the wedding dress I ve always dreamed of! She was so kind & patient with me & was very helpful by throwing in ideas. She made it a very fun experience not only for me but as well as for my bridal party, my mother, & soon to be mother in law. So thankful for her!!! Impression Bridal was the first & only place I looked at & found my PERFECT dress :)

The seamstress is so sweet! Bought my dress at another location, but I was able to bring it here since it was closer to me.
My sister is getting married early next year so we wanted to get started on wedding dress shopping. Ms. T.T. Taylor was highly recommended by others so we booked an appointment with her. If I could give her 10 stars, I would!! The only negative I could think of is that I didn't get to meet her before my own wedding! She turns it into an experience- it wasn't just grab a ton of dresses and hope that something looks good, which is what our experience was at other places. That quickly got overwhelming so we were relieved to see that this appointment was different. She asks about your vision, your concerns, etc. Then somehow she works her magic and my sister ended up saying a very happy yes to the dress! T.T knows her stuff. She knows what works well with different body types and what fits the venue and ambience that you're going for. I can't say enough good things about her, thank you for an awesome experience!!
We had a great experience today looking for and finding the perfect wedding dress. The selection is massive! Alyse was awesome and helped my daughter find her perfect dress. I will definitely recommend them to brides looking.
As soon as I walked in the door I knew I was in the right place! So many dresses to choose from and such a great atmosphere. Jazmin was amazing beyond amazing. We sat and talked to figure out what I was looking for and pulled the perfect dress right away! I was looking for a dress with sleeves and Jazmin was so helpful in showing me how we could add sleeves to the dress I had chosen and how everything is completely customizable. Such a wonderful experience and would recommend Impressions and Jazmin 10/10!!!

I agree with Cindy Munoz 1000% my review is not based on the dress however it is based on my experience. All they care about is taking your money. I m very upset with this place considering how excited I was about getting my dress. I m disappointed. I had my dress pinned and I also paid the seamstress a pinning fee! Now when one employee tells you the pins can stay in and then another tells you something completely different is very very disappointing! They took all the pins out of my dress now there are small holes. I will never or will never refer anyone else to them. I sent my sister to them now I am just so upset! They have ruined my day! I am so hurt to be treated like this! Like I am nothing. I will be calling corporate!

What can I say.....came here to find a dress for my sister and I was blown away. They have such an amazing collection of dresses and everyone is very helpful. T.T Taylor omg T.T. She was our stylist and boy am I glad we found her. I would have everyone ask for her by name. She has such a passion for her work and it is infectious. As soon as she started talking and asking questions, I knew we weren't going to be leaving until we found THE dress. She is AHMAZING!!!!!! And yes my sister did say yes to the dress. I absolutely LOVED my experience at Impression Bridal.

I had a wonderful experience at Impression Bridal. T.T. Taylor was my stylist and she was patient, kind and creative. Most importantly, she has vision and not only picks a dress that fits your body and wedding style, but also creates an outfit for you. She selected a few dresses for me, some of which I would never have pulled out myself. One of the dresses that she picked was the perfect dress for me. Everything about that dress was everything that I had been looking for but unable to find because other bridal stores or stylists had not dedicated any time to help me pick the right dress. On top of that, she added an overskirt to the dress that made two dresses in one. Now I can wear two dresses for the price of one! Absolutely beautiful! Thank you T.T.!!!!

Our wedding was 9/30/17. I got my wedding dress and all the bridesmaid dresses at Impression Bridal Galleria. Stephanie Clevenger was my Bridal Consultant and I highly recommend her. She takes such great care of you all the way up to the day of your wedding. She loves what she does and that's the type of person you need when you're trying to find the most important dress of your life. The bridal shop itself has such a huge selection and all the staff is so nice and welcoming.
Came in last minute for my wedding this year and found the dress on the first try! Even better, within my budget! My stylist Jazmin listened to what I wanted and is phenomenal at her job! I highly recommend this place and Jazmin if you are looking for a top notch dress that makes you feel beautiful.

Taylor was fun, energetic, and is the ultimate stylist! She knows her stuff! T. T. was able to listen to exactly what I wanted and more importantly, was able to deliver. I said yes to the dress!
Yesterday I had the pleasure of working for Alyse and she was fantastic! She has a genius way of reading the brides body language (good or bad) and adjusting the dress options accordingly. I am newly engaged so I m a bit all over the place with my dress preferences. She was incredible patient and gave me multiple strategies of thinking that I plan to use moving forward (not just about the dress). Also, as soon as I gave a critique of a dress, she immediately ran to get a dress that fit whatever it was I was looking for - to a T! She s personable, a great listener, and is clearly very knowledgeable about dresses, fit, fabrics, etc. I never felt pressured but rather that she was along the journey with me. While I did not find a dress (that was on me, not her), I plan to come back to Impression Bridal to use her again!
After some disappointments with bridal stores in Houston and only remaining 3 months for my wedding, I visited Impression Bridal. I found the wedding dress style that I dreamed within the budget that I required. Margaret was my Savior, the person who lovely cared about my needs and aspirations. My bridal consultant was Cristina. She was a gem to shop with! I told her more or less the style I wanted and the price point I was wanting to stay within. She was quite honest with what she thought would work for me, and we were easily able to narrow it down. Unlike other places where I felt like the consultant was trying to push the sales, I really felt like Cristina cared about helping me make the right choice for me. I'm really glad this process was stress free as could be. I would highly recommend Impressions and an appointment with Cristina!
My stylist was Cristina. She was a gem during this process! I told him what kind of style I wanted for my dress and what budget I had. She was very honest in telling me that she would flatter me and we were able to choose which dresses she would measure me. In other places I went I felt that the stylists were more concerned with selling fast but I felt that Cristina really cared about finding the best dress for me. I am very happy that this process minimized my stress. I would highly recommend Impressions and Cristina!

I originally came in and chose a dress I THOUGHT I fell in love with... only to change my mind two days later. I came back to Impression Bridal Galleria and had the pleasure of working with Jazmin again! She was so understanding and helpful! She took me with her to look through the selection of gowns (which is very large) and helped me find the PERFECT dress for me! More than that, she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I was more than in love with my wedding dress choice, including staying over an hour later than she was scheduled to leave!! I m so happy with my visit and would urge any bride to shop here and request JAZMIN. I couldn t imagine the day I said yes to the dress any better!
One of the best experiences I had looking for my wedding dress. I was only in town for a couple of days so I called that morning and got an appointment for that evening. Due to the previous bridal shop wasting my time I was 30 minutes late because of course I do not know the area. They still took me in. I was so Thankful. The atmosphere is breath taking. All the staff was perfect and patient, especially Christina. My daughter is still talking about how nice she was from 2 weeks ago. The Berta collection is to die for. BEAUTIFUL. Let's just say that I said " Yes to the dress".
This was the third store I went to & I thought I had already found what I would be happy with even though it was at the top of my budget. I didn't want to make a decision though until I had finished all 4 stores I'd made appointments at. However, when Jazmin started asking me about myself & said she was gonna pull dresses for me first....I was curious what she would bring in. That girl read me like a book. The second dress I put on I just burst into to tears. It was perfect! Well under budget too so I was able to get the veil I wanted! I immediately cancelled my last appointment, rang that bell & celebrated with champagne. Jazmin was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend going to her. This could not have been a better experience! <3

This place made me and my party feel right at home! I was helped by Alyse and ended up finding the perfect dress! Her expertise was impeccable and she was so patient and kind! So happy with my choice of coming here for getting my dress and would highly recommend it for anyone looking for dresses! They worked with us for pricing and have so many different styles to choose from!
I would rate it a 5 but our experience shopping for bridesmaids dresses was not pleasant. The stylist, Ivory, was not helpful and would disappear for minutes at times. She did not provide suggestions and we would be forced to ask for help since she would not offer. She did not even bother to help if the dress was too small to try on.
I purchased my wedding gown at this same location with a different stylist and would've highly recommended Impression Bridal to anyone without even thinking about it.
Please avoid Ivory as she will not be helpful. With her being your stylist, you're basically shopping on your own and trying on the selected dresses by yourself.

She has such a great attention to detail and made sure that I felt comfortable in the dress. My dress was everything I hoped for and She also added pockets! Yes POCKETS! That was my favorite part of my dress and came in handy for my vows and tissues. Thank you so much Anna for making my dress and veil prefect for my wedding day!
Impressions Bridal was my second dress stop and I was really hoping to find my dress. Well I did!! Alyse was my stylist and she was so patient and listened to what I wanted and what I didn t. She pulled dresses that were my style and I found my dress within an hour. She was so sweet, when I was crying (from finding the one), she got a box of tissues and made sure I was good. I am so happy I found the one and Alyse was a huge part of making sure that happened! So thank you Alyse and Impression s Bridal!

I would give a zero for this store policy and customer service becarful when it comes to money in this store what ever penny you will pay it's non refundable even if you get nothing, i tried adress on and i liked it i said i'll come back to pay half the amount to place the order and i was asked to pay something i don't know for what, they offer to pay half of the Rush price which is $100 i paid towards , i changed my mind because i didn't like it afterwords i called and they said no refund for anything you pay even if you're Getting nothing because that was to hold the discount for Rushing the order !!!! No order was placed at all ( Horrible policy trying to get money from you for any reason)

She was beyond awesome, very catering to your needs, wants and details leading up to your big day. She was jovial, knowledgeable, friendly, personable and most of all accommodating. TT Taylor is one of the best salesperson I've ever met, probably because she doesn't sound like one at all! She was interested in hearing about me and my personality and worried about how I wanted to feel walking down the isle. I came in with a vague idea of what I wanted and her assistance made it very clear to me what I actually wanted. Even after ending up chosing a dress WAY under my budget she didn't seem bothered at all by that and continued to help me with the same enthusiasm as in the beginning. I wish it never happens, but if I ever have to get married again it will be a no brainer - I will search for TT till the end of the world! :)

Christina helped me find my perfect dress! I told her what I was looking for and ended up buying the very first dress she put me in. It was within my budget and such a great quality gown. Before I said yes, she had me close my eyes and put a veil on me and gave me flowers. I had chills and tears before I opened my eyes. I knew it was perfect! I can t wait to go back for the final alterations when my dress comes in. Buying a dress from Impression was so easy and simple. It was the best dress shopping experience I could have asked for.

I took my little sister here to look for a prom dress. Let me start off by saying our stylist, Whitney, was AWESOME! We like to search through all the dresses and pick everything that we'd like to try on before going to the dressing room instead of making trips back and forth. Whitney was constantly coming by to check on us and grabbing dresses from my hands to take to our dressing room so we were able to sort through all of their beautiful gowns.
Before we began digging, she asked all the necessary questions so she could get an idea of dresses we were instrested in such and color, fit, neckline, and style likes and dislikes. We went somewhere else the previous day and the stylist asked some of the same questions but clearly either didn't care and chose what he liked best or wasn't educated in common fashion terminology. Whitney however went to school for fashion so I knew we were in great hands.
Since prom is right around the corner it's was pretty busy when we went. They have a main area with a platform and mirrors where quit a few dressing rooms are surrounding it. There were a lot of people in that area when we were ready to start trying on so Whitney decided to take us to a more private area where my sister could try on her dresses in peace. We were EXTREMELY grateful for that since it was pretty crowded in the main area.
She truly made our experience great with her sweet and extremely helpful personality. When my sister would come out of the dressing room needing a zip, Whitney wouldn't even hesitate and would go straight to her to help her out without her asking for it. She was just super attentive and we were so thankful we were assigned to her!
There are so many great things I can say about our experience with Whitney but this review might turn into a book! Outside of her, the gowns here are gorgeous! The bead work, embroidery, materials, etc. on these dresses look very high-end and anything but cheap, however they are very reasonably priced when it comes to prom dresses.
Jazmin was amazing! Always went above and beyond. She helped me picture the potential of each dress by suggesting certain alterations to meet my dress needs. Everyone in the store was very kind and they dedicated a lot of one on one time. Highly recommend! As for the dresses, I loved them all. Different price range and different styles.
I had the most AMAZING experience. Everyone was very nice and helpful. So blessed to have TT help my find my dress ( on the first try). The selection & service were both fabulous. Our consultant, Adriane, was wonderful to work with. She listened to what my daughter's preferences & budget were and selected numerous dresses for her which were right on target. They really made my daughter feel special.
I would like to write a glowing review for Impression Bridal. I went in and had Alyse assist me. She asked a lot of questions and I don't think I was TOO helpful with my answers but after a few try ons she managed to figure out how I felt and what I would truly like. And she ended up coming back with this BEAUTIFUL dress that I absolutely adored. She also helped me out a lot and pulled some strings to help me stay at my budget (at my budget. As a mother of 3, I ve visited my share of bridal stores and boutiques. From the time we walked in the door of Impression Bridal, I knew we were in wonderful welcoming hands.TT Taylor was amazing. She took my granddaughter back and within 15 minutes TT knew my granddaughter and her taste like a best friend. The dresses were amazing. TT took the time to let my granddaughter learn the style and feel of the dress she wanted. She even encouraged her to go to our next appointment and compare.
We went to the next appointment and the dress shop was nice, the stylist was nice, but the dresses were comparable in price but not quality as Impressions Bridal and TT wasn t there.
We couldn t wait to get back to Impressions Bridal and TT Taylor again. She was so sweet as were the rest of the staff at Impressions Bridal. By the time we left, we knew my granddaughter had THE dress and we had several new friends.

My review is not based on the dresses. The dresses there are absolutely beautiful. Brides, just be careful because all they want to do is take your money, they do not care that you get your dream dress. Fortunately I found what I was looking for because they do have a great selection but I did feel pressured to pay before I changed my mind. I am very indecisive but I felt even worst when she was almost breathing down my shoulder rushing me to sign the purchase agreement and pay. She barely gave me time to read it. They ll tell you you have a 10% discount but only the first visit to convince you to make the purchase which puts even more pressure. All purchases are non refundable so keep in mind once you pay there s no turning back. If you would like to make a change you have 3 days, I was upset because Jazmin who was my stylist... told me the dress I wanted didn t come in in any other color but ivory... I went back 2 days later because I wasn t very sure of my choice and Amanda (who was a much better consultant) pulled out an ivory/nude color in my dress which was a color that I was looking for, I changed the color of my dress which was all it needed but was charged extra for the change which was ridiculous. Lastly, alterations are almost as much the dress. I suggest you take it somewhere else. My dress fit me almost perfectly and they wanted to charge me around $500 to alter.
TT was AMAZING. She took her time to ask me questions about me and my wedding. This was the best dress shopping experience I ve had! So happy that she was able to help me find THE perfect dress.

BUYER BEWARE! I WISH that I would have read the reviews before purchasing my bridesmaids dress here. I (on their behalf) wasn't able to make the fitting, and gave them my measurements over the phone. Trusting the stylist to make the accurate choice in dress size for me with these measurements, I had no inkling to question her any further (BIG mistake!!).Few weeks later we pick up our dresses....
I have a size 16w dress on my hands (I'm a 12), no surprise I'm swimming in this dress!!
Another bridesmaid's dress is slightly larger than she had hoped and the other bridesmaid (only after arguing with the stylist over the phone, because the stylist kept persisting to give her a 12 when she is an 8...she was giving them a size 8 measurement the whole time), her dress fits like a glove. She happened to read the reviews and knew their potential. After expressing my unhappiness over my situation we went over the measurements I had originally gave our stylist. All were accurate, except for the waist..my fault. Still, how can you get a 16 out of the rest of the measurements or why not ask me what my normal dress size is if you had such conflicting measurements?! Now I have less than 2 weeks to find someone to help take in this dress and the stylist has an "oh well" attitude. Wonder if the ordering sizes up scam is part of their training?
$160+ dress will now cost me, well, more than it should and more than I'd like.
Learn from my mistake people, INSIST on your correct size or shop else where.

Alyse was so great! She asked a ton of questions to get a true feel for the vibe of the wedding. She pulled dresses that were absolutely stunning and knew exactly what she was doing. She was very knowledgeable about both the dresses and fashion in general. After 4 stores, Alyse finally helped my sister find the dress of her dreams!

I booked my first appointment to try on wedding dresses at David's Bridal, we arrived there 30 minutes before our appointment and nobody guided us about what to do or if we should wait for somebody. So we decided to look around. Finally a stylist showed up and asked me briefly about what I was looking for, I showed her some pictures and she grabbed a few dresses for me to try on. After the third dress I just wanted to leave, my experience was horrible. The stylist was rude, she never got me a dress on my size.
Another customer recommended me Impression Bridal, we called in that moment to booked an appointment and we were welcomed.
We waited a few minutes for our stylist, the ambience was different, better.
Lauren was so nice with me, she took the time to sit with me, asked me a few questions and to take a look to the ideas I had for my dress. She got the idea immediately, she didn't ask for my size, but she guessed correctly. I finally smiled with the dreses she picked for me.
I highly recommend you to aked for her, she will make you a happy bride.
!BUYER BEWARE! The two stars are not for the dress, which looks beautiful on my daughter. The low rating is for their service and underhanded sales tactics. They do not disclose pricing or policies up front. They get you so involved and excited in the process, you forget to insist on getting information. You get the usual, 'Oh don't worry, we can alter that." Your are treated well until you make a purchase and then you are no longer important. You're on the hook for the purchase no matter the outcome. In addition, making an appointment is pointless, as they are always running behind schedule and you end up waiting or having to make another appointment. First, the order was placed, and paid for, in March. The dress was to arrive in September, giving plenty of time for alterations, if needed (wedding is in December). The dress DID arrive as scheduled, but was the wrong color. They put in a "rush" order for the right color, and it JUST arrived mid November. I was told that alterations would be taken care of since they messed up the order. The dress fit, but needed to be hemmed and nipped in a few places that were a little "wrinkled". At this point, I'm given a bill for over $500 in alterations, that they assured me would be covered. The manager is called in to the discussion and of course that is not what she "meant". She only meant to cover the "rush" alterations if they were needed. We are cutting it close, but we are within our window - so no rush alteration is needed. I tried to at the very least get a discount, which of course, they would not agree to. Since they know you just want a perfect wedding day, you have no choice but to pay the ridiculous price for alterations. Be sure to get all of your costs disclosed up front. If they can't do that - RUN, don't walk, out of there and go someplace else that would be happy to have your business!

I had a great time shopping here at Impression. Margaret the manager was very understanding and patient. Christina the bridal consultant was very helpful with getting me to imagine something different than what I originally thought that I wanted. I am dress shopping 3 months after having my son and Christina really helped me feel beautiful again.They really know what they're doing. This was the first time I went shopping for a dress and I found the dress that I wanted. I was in and out it about 2 hours. The team kept it professional and did a great job made sure the contract was fully understood and the prices weren't outrageous. I'm very happy that I came. This was the first and only bridal store I visited when looking for a wedding dress. My stylist Cristina was the kindest lady ever! She listened to the style I wanted and my budget and I found my dream dress UNDER budget!! She was so patient and made me and my friends and family that were there with me feel so special. I did not have high expectations of the wedding dress shopping process but this really could not have gone better. I was in and out in one hour and a half, but never ever felt rushed. Everyone from the front desk to the manager were so sweet and are really passionate about brides and their dresses. Impression Bridal will not disappoint! Our stylist was Alyse Lasley she was great. She took her time with our daughter and listened to what she wanted in a dress and what she didn't want. I felt like her goal was to make my daughter happy on her big day. She is not a pushy sales person and I truly feel that she would not sell us a dress unless we were 100% satisfied with our purchase. Chelsea the bridal stylist at Impression Galleria is phenomenal! Knowing my sister Prom would probably be canceled she still wanted to go look at dresses, hoping her Senior Prom would still happen. Five stars
is not enough to rate the help Chelsea gave my sister and I. From the moment we walked in she was so helpful. My sister found a dress she loved but needed confirmation from her school first. Even thought prom will not happen for her I would still like to Thank Chelsea for all her hard work from checking shipping dates, checking another location for size, and definitely for reaching out to see how she was doing after getting the devastating news.
