Messed up our room reservations. What was reserved and what was available was not what was quoted in the phone. Not friggin happy.....however, the young lady at the front desk did her best to make it right. Dont think we will stay here again.
Our go to hotel in Nampa area when we visit the grand kids. Tried others, this is the best on price, cleanliness, courtesy, and a better than average free breakfast.
Very nice rooms and staff and most of the ammenities are fabulous, my only gripes would be that the WiFi is terrible ( at least it was for me, i couldnt get it to work for my phone or computer) and the breakfast was ok. Also something to note is that the hotel is right next to a busy freeway so if you can't sleep with the constant sound of cars then maybe it isn't right for you.
Need to replace towels. Other than that. Pretty good service.

They refused to give me a refund when I couldn't travel because of dangerous driving conditions even though it says in their policy that that is a reason they would give a refund on short notice.

Happy with it so far, nice clean room (two queen) has a pull out couch and we asked for a portable crib for our infant. Staff has been friendly. Breakfast was really good. Two TVs in the same room if you want to watch something other than your children. Proximity to the freeway makes it easy to stop and find but my one complaint is it s a bit loud. Not sure if you could have it both ways though. Anyhow hopefully hitting their pool and hot tub soon.
Stayed in a two bedroom suite for a few nights it was great. Except for the highway it was extremely noisy.
I was there for a wok function. Seemed nice enough. Didn't get to see any of the rooms or anythung though. Looks like it'll be a great location next to the medical complex.

We loved our large rooms and really enjoyed sitting up in the library area. The lobby is beautiful and the breakfast area is very large with plenty of room for all of the guests. It s in a nice location with freeway access and several restaurants close by.
The staff and room were beyond my expectations. Olivia was the best.
Our experience was great, with professional staff taking care of any need we had. Breakfast was a big bonus.
Karren checked us in, and was an ABSOLUTE JOY to interact with during our stay. Whenever we needed something, she was right there, with it and a smile! She made a really long hectic, emotional trip with our three little ones have a soft landing. The comfort, and hospitality of this hotel, and it's staff in general is perfect for the location next to a hospital. I'm not sure I'll ever have occasion to stay at this particular location again, but I'm impressed with the company, and will continue to stay with them.

Customers not wearing COVID masks or face coverings at this hotel for the most part. Staff wear masks and were professional and helpful including creating a safe breakfast atmosphere but do not require customers to wear masks. Small elevator and awkward if people not wearing masks. No sign on front door requiring masks, small sign in lobby about masks. I usually give Holiday Inn 4 or 5 stars as I like them, sorry had to give only 3 for this stay.

Good location right off the freeway. Friendly service and the breakfast was pretty good. Furnishings feel a little dated and we had a smoke alarm that blinked every 15 seconds all night.

If you are in the Nampa area, this is a great place to stay. Right next to the medical center along the freeway. Very convenient to everything. Awesome staff as well!

Pretty good hotel for comfort and amenities. If you are sensitive to noise however, I would choose another hotel. Way too close to the freeway. My room faced the freeway and the noise level never abated. I wish I got a room that didnt face the freeway, but I would imagine that all rooms get that noise in one way or another
Clean and convenient. Our 24 # snauzer came with us. The staff very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast and jacuzzi.

We had our wedding reception there and were less than thrilled. We asked for tthing we never got and they lost our deposit by applying it to someone else. They were not very accommodating once the day got there. The room was nice though.

This was just what I needed after a long drive from Seattle on the way to Salt Lake City. Karen was like an angel, so caring & compassionate to a woman (me) traveling by herself. The breakfast was a great benefit for helping me get on the road early the next day. This location is right by the hospital which I always find to have quiet guests for some reason.
This is a great place for a quick stop over. Great breakfast and good coffee to top off the morning.

The front desk lady was very nice and the rooms felt like home. I would stay at a Holiday Inn Express again.
So far just checked in for a 2 night stay and the clerk at the counter was very RUDE. Accused me of being in the wrong motel, told me my card was denied, it wasn't and then she didn't code my keys and when I went to the desk to ask she told me I put them by a magnet. Rude and condescending. We will see how the next 2 days go.

The room always smelt odd when we returned turns out no one has cleaned air filtration on ac/ heater in quite a while. When brought to attention of desk clerk upon checking out was treated in quite unsatisfactory manner. That is nicest way I can put it.
Nobody was wearing masks. Apparently the whole county voted to not wear masks. Wish we had known. Seemed very irresponsible for a place of business, especially one for travelers, not to enforce a mask rule. Driving from Texas to Washington, everyone required masks except this establishment. Avoid this place like the plague, oops I mean the covid.
There to visit family member in the hospital. Hotel is in walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds were wonderful. Room was neat and clean.

Hotel gave away our room the day of our arrival after a two week advance reservation was made. We also called the hotel the morning of the appointment to confirm the reservation. After a 6 hour drive we arrived and were told that they gave away the room. No apologies and no callback the next day from a manager. Horrendous service from this location.

First off I want to say I don't normal write BAD reviews, I enjoy IHG stays as I am a Spire Elite member!! But while traveling to Nampa from Portland, OR on 11/24/16 I encountered issues with traffic and weather which severely delayed me. After planning on arriving around midnight-1am I got there just after 6am. While making an attempt to cancel on short notice (they weren't able to do that) I ask about a credit night, since they could not do a cancellation. That was not an option... ok so tired and frustrated I let it go and later on I got an email from the general manager saying he would contact me the follow Monday!!! NEVER CONTACTED ME???? Three days later got an email from the front desk saying they reversed the charge... great but for some reason there are two charges and I only got one back????
A very elegant location to stay and to hold meetings.
Didn't stay overnight, just visited some friends who were in town. Room seemed large enough and well furnished. Nice lobby with expansive seating area on 2 levels. Access to the hotel though was difficult due to hospital construction nearby.
My hubby and I dont get away much at all with him in the army and me running my own business as well as having 6 kids. We run fast when we get a chance to have a nite off. I only get rooms with jetted tubs. The room was my second favorite for under 200.00 . So clean and spacious. The bed was soft with clean amazing sheets. My favorite part was the bath saop was from Bath and Body Works so i got TONS of bubbles :) I always end up sending my hubby to buy some for me. Staff was very friendly top it all off with a great breakfast. Great room!

I'm leaving for starsthe restaurant that me and my wife and her girlfriend went to was really good but I don't think worth the price that we paid. Other than that the hotel is very very clean and well kept
