I have made an order 3 days ago, and I have not received any notification on when my item will be delivered. I have sent a few emails now asking for a reply. Nothing. I have order and already received a parcel from a different company within this time frame. Poor service.

I have used Surf Stitch for years and have been reasonably happy up till now. However I want to make consumers aware of a very dishonest sales practice they are using. They advertise the have a sale with a promo code that applies a discount of 30-50% sitewide. Sounds goos so far? However they have a tiny disclaimer that 'Some Exclusions Apply' in writing so small you can barely see it. So when you purchase something and apply the discount code it says it doesn't work. This may be illegal but it is certainly not ethical. BUYER BEWARE.

Return are bad as you will never heard ftrom them, they willing to take your money real quick but once you've return it back! They don't bother to process it. I've been promised by their staff saying 2 days latest and end up still no refund! Will never buy from them again!

Check prices they are more expensive than the original retailer eg patagonia bag black hole bag 60 L $10 more expensive than buying on patagonia but then again they don't charge shipping. Bad customer service with a three attempts to get a wetsuit delivered #1 was creased and they have a no crease policy on wetsuits for returns. So returned it as delivered creased. Order #2 - never arrived courier claims delivered when i was at home surfstitch have been very unhelpful in getting refund or getting StarTrack to deliver. Order #3 they sent wetsuit #1 back to me. Customer service is not first rated and products are more expensive than original outlets Don't use express postage and leave an instruction leaves you totally uncovered for refund if courier "misplaces the item"

Website is unstable and inconsistent, I paid and placed an order, then 3 days after I get an email saying the order was cancelled as they were not able to process the order. Customer service is the worst ever, simply ignores any enquiries. This website should be banned.

Customer service were the most tyrannic bunch of people I've ever encountered. They have no intention of acting decently in any way. Have heard many instances where they will attack customers and hang up leaving you hundreds of dollars out of pocket if your package doesn't show up.
