Very fun place for the kids field trip. Everyone there was helpful and so many things to do.

Meh. This place should be awesome, but a lot of it is broken, dirty or just plain rundown. I've been here for a few field trips, but I dont think I would pay to get in after seeing how yucky it is. Not to mention the parking lot here is the size of a postage stamp, and I wouldn't want to walk from the Lansing center ramp with my kids. It's really disappointing all around I'm sorry to say. It should be awesome but this museum falls well short of that mark.
This is exactly what you expect from a Children's museum! All exhibits were interactive and very fun, the staff was very friendly. This Children's museum seemed to have exhibit that had concepts that did not go over kids heads. The water area is alot of fun, I challenge you to crank the water jet in the middle of the water exhibit enough to spray the tin circle suspended from the ceiling, although you may spray innocent bystanders. We bought a membership and we will be back.
Fun time it exploration and learning. Great for families of all ages.
Never been there walk by the place, and there asking for a review..here ya go..gl.
This is a great place for families to spend an afternoon! There is a play area to engage the youngest of babies and all the information is just as enticing for adults. A fun place that accommodates all ages.
My kids loved this place. It was impressively clean for the amount of kids playing. Best part was the dinosaurs!
My daughter loves this place and wants to go multiple times a week!
Impression 5 I was perfect find my friend children they had a lot of things to do there a lot of activities that had a place to eat simply watch room for boys and girls a place where dogs can sit and relax but I think that I have a place to eat there so we have to bring our own food and drinks
Fun place for all ages, the water flow was great, highly recommend
What a fantastic place for families to spend a day! So much fun to have. It is similar to Children's Museums as something to compare it too. Adults can play along with the kids and the activities really do cover all age ranges. They do have a special area for kids 4 and under Price is super reasonable too which helps a lot. They do birthday parties and stuff so you can go there and enjoy your celebration!
This place has changed considerably since I was a floor guide 40 years ago. The exhibits are much more kid friendly in a well lit and brightly colored museum. If you have young ones this is a great place to take them and spend an afternoon.
Wonderful place. Many wonderfully interactive exibits
It was so hands on! I loved it!! Perfect for a day outing with my siblings and friends. There is also a picnic spot outside!
They've really improved since when I was a kid. My daughters loved it and may have even learned a thing or two.
This is a very fun Museum. Lots of Hands-On things for the kids including a very nice water table, block, kinexs and lots of other things to build. Not much educational content here, just a fun, interactive Hands-On Museum. By 2, 4, and 9 year old all liked it.
Great place for kids. Was shocked by how good this was. Daughter even got to meet Daniel Tiger :)
This is TRUELY one of the MOST AWESOME places I have taken my grandbabies to.
You litterly have to go a few times to even get to experience all of the awesome things they have there.
Whether you have children or not it's a great place to visit !!!
Great place for kids. Learning while playing concepts are so good.
My son absolutely loves this place. It has a lot of potential to expand and become an even better museum.
Great place for kids...hands on great place for the price
Very nice place to go would like to see more toddler age activities
Such a fun place for children of all ages. Both my 2 and 8 year olds loved it.
Fun for children and adults that would rather be children
Talk about a fun, interactive and insanely education packed hands on learning environment. The kids are so busy playing that they don't realize they are learning.
Great exhibits for all ages. Membership is totally worth it!
Such a imaginative place!...tons of hands on exhibits from how electricity works, and magnets, to the dinosaur and the water experiences! My 4 year old had a blast, (and i did too..especially making paper airplanes and testing my fastball pitch!!!) Spend a day exploring and learning, you wont be dissapointed!!
My daughter just loves this place! Both the normal exhibits and the temporary ones.
Great team of people and the kids loved all of the exhibits. Possibly the best place for kids in Lansing.
Rainy day? Trying to figure out what to do with the kids? Take them to Impression 5 Science Museum. Fun for all ages.
Went to the dino exhibit, it was our first time going at all. It was amazing, great for kids for all ages, our two year old went nuts there and slept the whole night through xD kept asking the rest of the week to go back and see the dinosaurs. We'll absolutely be going again. Cheap too! 26 ish dollars for our family of 3.
Great experience for my grandson and his parents as we relived some of our experiences from the past = great time was had by all.
This museum is best suited for family's with kids under the age of six or seven. Needs improvement in the overall cleanliness, but this comes from all the young kids.
A fun time for kids and adults. Very educational and so much to explore.
A WONDER-full place for children of all ages. The best!
We came here from Indiana because of the ASTC science passport. What a great museum! The kids had so much fun! There were some seats for adults near most of the exhibits, which is always nice! It was very hands on, and a lot of the exhibits had a very "Chuck E Cheese" feel to them! I think the favorite for the kids was the bubble room and the water room! So much to see! After 3 hours we still hadn't seen everything!!
Good place to learn physics science. Lots of hands on things to do.
Fun things to do for all ages! My 22 month old nephew loved the new water science area! They also have a nice little play/discovery area for toddlers with a splash table. Looks likes they've revamped things over the past year.
This is a fun place it's seems to be very unorganized, dirty, and in disrepair. The Ann Arbor impression 5 seem a bit more organized and clean. Still a good time and fun for little one's. It is on a beautiful river walk. The are outside impressions is beautiful and full of surprises.
There are rotating exhibits so it doesn't get old. It really captures my child's attention. We spend several hours here, but have to go due to meal time. There is no cafeteria, so you may enjoy vending snacks to otherwise leignthen your stay when its snack time.
Great place for kids to learn things and have a good time doing it.
New exhibits regularly, fun classes, excellent toddler corner. Water room has ponchos that kids can borrow.
Good place for kids. Hands on, and the water tables is great! This place isn't too big but its full of fun stuff for kids to do. It has special exhibits that change every so often, so it's always different every time you go.
Wow! What a great children's museum/science center! Many activity centers spread over spacious 2 floors and all of it hands-on.
Kids (as well as sdults) can spend as little or as much time as they want at each of the stations. If you can, take time to learn something along the way.
Subjects range from basics such as wind and water power to high end science elements such as nano technology, electro magnetism and nuclear physics.
Special learning classes as well as private parties can be accommodated. One of the best children's centers around.
Expect to spend 4 hours of quality time, but a 2 hour flying visit is also worth while. Enjoy!
Great place for young kids. I wish we lived closer so that we could get the yearly pass.
Great place to take the kids! They host birthday parties too.
Great place for the kids. Could waste a whole day there
If you live close by the season pass, we hit it up 2-3 times a month now that we have the pass. The under 4 area is great. I have never been there on the weekend.
There are so many different things to do here. I expeciallg love the toddler room built just for little bittys.
I had a wonderful time with my sons class trip! Everyone who worked there was very nice and helpful.
So much fun! My 4 year old especially loved the water exhibit. We could have stayed ask day, there was so much to do.
My kids love to go hete.Theres so much to do for kids of all ages
Great little children's museum. We go several times a year and they do a nice job bringing in exhibits and changing goals and updating existing ones.
Impression is an excellent science center. There is an exhibit or hands on space people of every age. Everyone of every age will have fun and leave having learned something about one of muliple scientific fields covered by the activities at Imoression 5.
So much fun! Keeps both of my children entertained for hours. Excellent staff, clean environment, and lots to do.
This place is amazing. The staff clearly works hard to keep new exhibits rotating in and to keep the experience feeling fresh every time we go.
My whole family loves Impression 5. Opportunity for the kids to run around, play, hands on experiences, and learn!
Was able to donate Ocean Specimens for students to touch and learn.
What a great place! My 4 year old absolutely loved it!
