Implicity Management Company Review

Great management company! I could not provide a higher recommendation.

I have had nothing but a pleasant experience with the staff from Implicity Management. They go over and beyond the call of duty to insure their properties are clean and well maintained. You can't beat the friendly staff in their corporate office! If you are looking for a professional, friendly, and business savvy property management company, you have come to the right place!

My children live at Timber Ridge apartments, 3200 Timber View Dr and have been without hot water for over a week. They have small babies and was told to use the apartment across the hall from them for hot water needs. They have been getting the run around with regards to being in between maintenance personal with no resolution. This is totally unacceptable, a health issue and in the winter and during a PANDEMIC where hygiene and washing of hands is of utmost priority. PLEASE MAKE THIS PRIORITY ON YOU LIST.

You hear companies say that they are family or care but I really feel it on all levels and I m so glad to be apart of a company that actual cares not only about the property but the employees . I was so scared because this is my first sale situation and I couldn t be more happier

i was placed in a difficult situation where i needed help getting moved out but a debt owed hung in the background that was popping up and making it difficult for me to get an apartment in the area i needed, i reach out to Lauren Martinelli and because she was out on a business trip i got in contact with Jody Marquez who i didn't even know at the time was the president of the company she asked what my reason for reaching out was and let me know she would relay the message when Lauren returned even offered her email out to make sure it would get to the right place. These women were wonderful they helped me and pushed to help resolve my debt so that i could finally move forward with my apartment hunt, i am so grateful for them and all that they did for me.

What a joke of a company. They couldn t care less if the residents of their properties are happy or not. I live at Aviation Place and when I say it s a complete DUMP I m being nice. Maintenance requests go unanswered for weeks if not months. We re overcharged for utilities (water in particular). I ve contacted the office for an explanation as to why one month my water bill will be $25 and the next it s close to $100 but still have not received any answers. From what I ve been told implicity handles the billing so as far as getting an explanation goes I m not holding my breath. I ve had a broken window in my living room since NOVEMBER and here it is almost March and it still hasn t been fixed. And it s not just a crack, it s an actual hole in the glass that I ve had to cover with tape. The property manager implied they didn t have the money to pay someone up front to come fix the window (I have email records of our conversation) so I called implicity in an attempt to contact the person in charge of my complex but surprise surprise no call back. My next step is to contact the BBB, maybe I ll get a resolution that way. I ve lived in many different apartments throughout the years, some were better than others, but have NEVER encountered a company who cared so little about their properties and the residents of those properties. It s not just my complex either, I ve been in contact with residents of their other properties via the implicity Facebook page who have had many of the same issues I ve had. Coincidence? I think not. I ll NEVER live in another apartment associated with implicity management.

Me & my son live here... the apartment is nice and all but the management is terrible, they send a person to my door to basically bully the rent from us, and I ve got several issues in my apartment that has yet to be fixed!!!! IDO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROOERTY TO ANYONE!!!!
