What a joke of a company. They couldn t care less if the residents of their properties are happy or not. I live at Aviation Place and when I say it s a complete DUMP I m being nice. Maintenance requests go unanswered for weeks if not months. We re overcharged for utilities (water in particular). I ve contacted the office for an explanation as to why one month my water bill will be $25 and the next it s close to $100 but still have not received any answers. From what I ve been told implicity handles the billing so as far as getting an explanation goes I m not holding my breath. I ve had a broken window in my living room since NOVEMBER and here it is almost March and it still hasn t been fixed. And it s not just a crack, it s an actual hole in the glass that I ve had to cover with tape. The property manager implied they didn t have the money to pay someone up front to come fix the window (I have email records of our conversation) so I called implicity in an attempt to contact the person in charge of my complex but surprise surprise no call back. My next step is to contact the BBB, maybe I ll get a resolution that way. I ve lived in many different apartments throughout the years, some were better than others, but have NEVER encountered a company who cared so little about their properties and the residents of those properties. It s not just my complex either, I ve been in contact with residents of their other properties via the implicity Facebook page who have had many of the same issues I ve had. Coincidence? I think not. I ll NEVER live in another apartment associated with implicity management.
