Horribly rude people working in the office, enough said.

Spoke to a person named Shar and man was she RUDE! I guess I asked too many questions and when I asked her why she was had such a rude tone she said she's busy. Nice trying to talk to you Shar.

This company likes harassing families for no reason. We don t even feel safe going out to our front yard because we are afraid to do something that is not applicable to this company. They been driving by taking pictures of my house for no reason. Every vehicle I own is up to date and has insurance. I strongly feel like I m the only one in my neighborhood being harassed.

Why provide emergency contact number if there is no one to answer.

Owner is incredibly rude. HOA Board members receive very little to no training from Encore.

Very rude to the people in the neighborhood, rude to HOA board members and wont answer direct questions from the home owners. Look somewhere else for a property management company.
