I wanted to advise against all Diakron !!
I made a quote with this company, specifying that I did not want Chinese products !!
We have accepted a budget of 1700 euros for two cameras + DVRs,
because I promised that the Chinese product was the TOP.
After a little over a month the DVR did what it wanted in the most very noisy.
Now they have brought me dvr in assistance but since November I have not heard them anymore, leaving skeins of wires inside the electrical cabinet and important junctions made with insulating tape. (Work done quickly)
For those who want I can provide photos.
I state that I paid more than 1000 euros for work done so far.
Maybe I hurt ???
I find myself with two cameras that are not useless without DVRs

February 2020, TECNOALARM central software update was carried out, radar operation control, entrances, roller shutter lanyards, replacement of 3 batteries. The two technicians proved to be professional, educated and available after work. In my opinion the bill was acceptable and fair.

I needed to replace the battery of my alarm system and do a general check and looking on the internet I came across the DIAKRON website. in the morning I called and Mr. Maurizio replied that he told me to send him photos of the control unit on WhatsApp and that he would let me know. In the evening he contacted me to fix my appointment for today in the late morning. What can I say ... A big thank you to Maurizio and his son for everything. They arrived on time, they checked the whole alarm system and replaced the battery. Since it was a system already set up by the old home owners, I always had difficulty using it because a thousand complicated programs were involved. They explained everything calmly and patiently and made me do various tests to see if I had understood how to use the alarm. They were really nice, nice and professional.
