Great location and services but bit hard for foreigners

I think it's amazing that we always provide a high level of service.

Every year, I enjoy a birthday party with my daughter while watching the Imperial Palace.
The night view is a superb view

As for the Imperial Hotel, I will not stay even if I get the money. The attitude behind the employees, the environment of cleaning clothes is the worst.

Amazing service and my Tower room had an incredible view of downtown Tokyo and the Imperial Gardens. Very nice courier service which allowed me to send my luggage separately when I traveled to Nagano (the Shinkansen does not have a place to put luggage). I would definitely stay here again!

The Imperial Hotel that I've always wanted to stay at. It's a long-established hotel, so I felt it was a little old, but the chic interior and fluffy beds were cozy.
And the best thing is the hospitality of the employees! No matter where you meet, they will give you a refreshing voice and the guidance will be perfect. It was the best harvest to experience the service of the best hotel in Japan.

When I had a wedding consultation here, I felt uncomfortable and ended.

I have not stayed in this hotel, but have used it's function rooms and dined here too. It is one of Tokyo's more famous hotels. It is almost 100 years old and it certainly looks and feels its age! The foyer, function rooms, shopping and restaurant areas are all very grand, but very old fashioned. They aren't actually musty, but they look it with their brown and mute tones. Lovely high ceilings in all the "public" areas, but lack of natural light and very dim artificial light. The service is excellent and the staff very well trained and professional, but there is a personal touch lacking. The hotel is very well maintained and centrally located.

There is a sense of security as well as employee education.
The lounge is also comfortable.

There is goods and correspondence of the staff is very good.
The food is also delicious.

It is my first time to come to Tokyo and stay in a hotel. I chose Imperial Hotel because it is highly recommended by most of travel apps. And after I actually come to this hotel, it is definitely a 5 star hotel. First, the location is amazing, in downtown Ginza, close to imperial palace. Second, the hotel itself is satisfaction guaranteed, clean and neat, nice ambience, great atmosphere. Third, the staffs are very very friendly, and very helpful. Fourth, the room is neat and clean, i stayed on imperial floor, and simply very nice. Highly recommended for business trips. Would like to come again in the future!

Visited For New Year Party. Beautiful traditional Japanese atmosphere. Always great service!

Old school lux. Nice lobby and big clean rooms. And a useful shopping arcade. The Gargantua cake shop is very good and gives discounts to guests. Not as attentive as say the 4 seasons who child proofed the room, but not bad.

Loin and beef taste a disappointing in proportion to the imperial hotel of the world. You feel old-fashioned as a whole, and it is better to completely renovate soon.

Absolutely fantastic service at a great location in Tokyo. The beds are comfortable and the amenities nice. Everything is a little bit dated, but that adds to the character.

Use Tower Hotel 30th floor.

I asked for a lot of Matsuda-do lunches of Mr. Nadaman.

Visited in January 2020.
I visited to use the lunch buffet, but since I arrived early, I took a walk around the area and inside the building.
The hotel has a very profound atmosphere. The New Year decorations in the lobby were also wonderful.
