This is my third car purchased from Imperial and I couldn't be happier. The service has always been great from start to finish. Great prices, great service and great cars!

The only reason this is getting 2 stars is because the sales rep we had was great and did try to help us. Mh friend and I went to look at a specific vehicle in the Ford building that we found on your website. We found out when we received the information for the vehicle that they were now asking for almost $1,000 more than they were yesterday. Our sales rep was really nice, she understood our concerns over some maintenance, body, and cosmetic issues with the car and tried her best to come to a good deal with us. We did become a little concerned when we asked for a list of the fees she mentioned and she couldn t give us a real answer. The finance manager, I think his name was Bob, was a different story. He told us to disregard the sale price and that he would give us the car at $1,877 off the sticker price bringing it down to $18,600 which was only around $100 less than the sale price it was already being listed for, when we questioned it he scoffed at us and told us to take it or leave it . Then tried to guilt trip us with the this is her second day and she was really hoping to make a sale but I guess not . That sales woman deserves more and his cheap tactic was exactly that, cheap. Won t be returning to the Ford building. Not digging the Wolf of Wall Street overseer vibe from the podium. Not a good look.

So 2 weeks ago wasn't even looking but saw some new rams come in a color combo I really liked. Emailed a dealer close to home. Ya that was a mistake. So I saw imperial had the truck I wanted. Emailed Santos got a great price so next step was my salesman Jim Burke who was nothing but amazing. Zero pressure told him what I wanted and where I needed to be. He made it happen and then some! Followed my request to a T. ( don't wash. Don't touch) kept me in the loop from start to finish. Honest and easy transaction. Highly highly recommended if you want a simple no bs best deal and great people

3+ hours for an oil change and watching for 40 minutes as the technician does absolutely nothing

They are always friendly, professional and on schedule. The large service area means my car goes in right away. The show room/waiting area is beautiful and comfortable.

Worst buying experience I have ever had. In typical "used car fashion," they did not disappoint. From holding your license and keys so you cannot leave, to the sales manager coming out to ask how he can "earn your business...?" you state don't low ball my trade. they agree to what you want.

You spend $60,000 on a vehicle, you expect a certain level of service; one they cannot seem to provide. Let's talk about that, from the dysfunctional sales management team, to the sales person who lies and tells you false information about the status of delivery to then not answering his phone or providing non-sensical text messages like "the vehicle is not here..." WHAT???? where is it? and then stops communicating. Then to the vehicle not being registered until you beg them to register it.

If you are looking for a completely hassle-filled, deceitful buying experience, then by all means go here, ask for Waseem. He will be sure to treat you all wrong!

Had a great experience here and Ethan Campbell really went the extra mile with my Blazer purchase. He was helpful, not pushy, responded very quickly, and a nice guy. Highly recommended! Everyone here was super helpful and if you haven't visited the Imperial Dealerships, it's well worth the trip with comfortable waiting areas with lots of cool stuff to look at.

This was the BEST car buying experience I have had in my 75 years of life. I would recommend this place for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle as they are professional and timely. My salesman Peter was superb and I have to commend his spectacular sales Manager Aaron for his assistance in helping me find the perfect truck at the perfect price. Imperial is the perfect spot to find used cars and trucks in great shape. They have the best inventory of slightly used Chevy Colorado's in NE. I highly recommend going hear to find your next used car. Firas is the best salesman there, ask for him when you go in! He is straight forward, helpful, and has a very professional demeanor which are the things you should be looking for when buying a car. He will put you in the car that's best for you.
