So 2 weeks ago wasn't even looking but saw some new rams come in a color combo I really liked. Emailed a dealer close to home. Ya that was a mistake. So I saw imperial had the truck I wanted. Emailed Santos got a great price so next step was my salesman Jim Burke who was nothing but amazing. Zero pressure told him what I wanted and where I needed to be. He made it happen and then some! Followed my request to a T. ( don't wash. Don't touch) kept me in the loop from start to finish. Honest and easy transaction.
