Unprofessional HR. No Reply. No acknowledgement. Better to avoid this company

Garbage company, garbage HRs, garbage hiring managers. Best service coming out of this company is the ability to invite Candidates for interviews and then completely ghosting them. Stay away from this third class category defining company!

Good company. HR people are very nice, polite and the way of treating candidates during interview is good.

Nice interior. It's very easy to locate. But can't park our own vehicles as a visitor as it is in roadside. Architecture inside is cool.

Attended interview. Hr was supposed to call back. No reply yet. They call for interview and say hr is in meeting

No wonder that the HR Head/AVP has no idea about work ethics.
I feel pity for the company's owner.

I got a. Interview call from this company,after seeing the reviews I dropped attending the interview.Really God save me....
Why they want to call for interview and do the time pass......it's my sincere advise please don't waste the time of others , every minute is an importantfor them. They come with great expection and will get big disappointment..

Interview process was pretty smooth. Got a call from recruiter which was about the initial intro and the experience I had in Machine Learning. As the first round they gave an assignment which involved pretty intermediate knowledge of ML. Post 2days of submitting the assignment I got the call for inperson interview at impelsys. Had two technical rounds. They covered basic, intermediate and advance level of questions. The Recruitment team was quite efficient in coordinating with me, setting up interviews and giving prompt feedback.

Don't attend interview if you got call from a fraud called Sheikh moula recruiter / HR

Fake interviews fake jobs they don't have courtesy to inform candidates nor they send feedback just play around with you during pandemic

Pathetic company unprofessional people

What ever the negative comments about this company in here and Glass door all are right don't attend interview don't waste your time.

On the name of interview they are just doing time pass i don't know what's going on, i have cleared 2 rounds of interview even cleared interview with clients side also and when i asked thrice to HR finally he said your candidature is on hold we will inform you next week and trust me it's been 3 to 4 months but that week didn't came till now...plz stop making fun on the name of interview.

Worst Senior Management. Senior Management needs to go back to Management institute to learn "Management". Company has no respect for their own policies. They make it and break it as per convenience. Not even following government guidelines. It seems HR Head has no idea about "what to do" . Management threatens employees with their job. They don't value employees but if you can lick manager's A** then definitely u'll grow.

Friendly people. Moved to a new building from diamond district.

Nonsense interview process.
Worst company. They will invite you for scheduled interview and keep you waiting for 5-6 hours saying half hour more to get your turn. Unprofessional behavior. Please go if you are really really in need of job and you have a ton of patience.

Great experience with the company. Management is reachable and all ears for your concerns. Steadily progressing company with right planning and discipline.

IT Company. Not so good experience, do not visit with your own vehicle, Parking charges are so high 15rs per hour.

Awesome company. It's a good company for Freshers Candidates where they can get better environment and work culture. They have good projects as well from different clients.

Not good for those who wants to grow technical strong.. Uses only one technology for long time which kills us as a Programmer.. Only teams like Technology Services are good in terms of technology stack, as they work with the latest technology in the market.. Other(s) strongly not suggesting to join.. CEO is very cool & good one..

Worst company,hiring process,technical panelists and management.Simply kills the time of candidates by calling for interview

The interview was a joke ! They didn't ask any relevant or meaningful questions, the person interviewing didn't know anything. They made me wait for an hour for nothing. If you don't have an opening, don't interview. Put your employees to better use.

Worst Management ever, I joined as a Sr.IT Recruiter on Wednesday I.e. 20th November 2019. I was interviewed on 15th November I.e. on Friday.

Induction and other joining formalities completed from HR Operations team.

My reporting manager was Kavitha Nandagopal.

1st day: I agree it's new place and takes time to adjust. Office was too silent with around 40 ppl and no employee was showing interest to introduce themselves nor responding while introducing myself.

2nd Day: Tried to meet my manager to understand my responsibility and start working. She was tied up with meetings at another building little far from my office located. No one had time to meet me a new joiner had nothing to do for what am hired for. Spoken to Praveen Joseph, he just informed me that HR Head in meeting all the time I asked for her.

3rd Day: I had a CEO Meeting, Its was pretty good discussion. Liked his quote

" If you are not happy coming to office, then it's not your place to work "

That triggered my impatience, as 3 days sitting idle and none to meet from my own department for my responsibility or any other department to help me on that.

I lost my patience, decided not to continue at Impelsys.

Informed only person known was Praveen Joseph, he also left the building and moved to another building.

Finally got to meet HR Head, I stated my impatience and decided to move on, by not giving any options as it was just 3 days.

HR Head Statement: " Its very small world, will meet someday at different situation "

I felt as if it's like a threat to me.

Madam, Please understand any employee will not be willing to work under poor management unless he/she dint had choice.

Even the relieving formalities was horrible, the HRMS doesn't raise tickets to concern department to approve separation procedure.

Had to roam around every department and repetedly asking them to check if they had received the tickets.

3 days at Impelsys, Not again to think about those days.

This is an Information Technology and Software company working on digital publishing. It has around 150 employee and located in 6th floor of tower C in diamond district building.

Not so good company to work for. Worked here for almost 4 here. Had some good friends but over all too much of internal politics and favourism by some AVP which is bad enough to spoil the work culture. Blame game is another bad part. NOT RECOMMENDED TO WORK HERE until they change or remove some of the people who are spoiling the complete company culture.

I worked here around 6+ years. Good company. Will get growth from here.

They called me for interview .. which was a sort of time pass they did . Non-sence . The person who took my interview was not for to take my interview . I understand as he started speaking . However I never heard from HR about my interview . If you call someone for the interview old have some cortusy to comeback with feedback . I am keen to know what kind of feedback the interviewer has for me
