Looking for assistance w finding medical help. Didn't receive the information I was looking for. Just kept getting transferred

I would like to say in regards to my circumstances and the last few months this Program has been by far the most helpful.. They not only listened, but made me feel validated as well. I believe they chose the best option they saw fit for me and I really appreciate them for that!

just here to take your money doesn't help people its a scam ordered buy the court. A child could do this just another way to spend our tax dollars.Thanks

Negative Stars. This place is awful. They continue to collect $ from me for doing nothing. I had dealt with them in the past where they were absolutely useless. I have had to complete an AODA class/ counseling and rather than e-mailing/ calling me or the counseling office that they set me up with to find out if I was still in compliance, they sent me snail mail to call them to tell them to tell my counselor to call them to tell them to do so. I didn't get the letter in time and they sent a form to the DOT to have my license revoked. Again. They nearly $300 for an assessment, which is basically just a few stupid questions, then are terrible at everything else they do. This place should be shut down. It's a racket, and I don't know how they can call it a non-profit. Seems like everything they do is for profit. They aren't helping out the city of MKE. Their motto is "Changing lives. For good." Yup. They do that. I live out in the middle of nowhere and now I can't drive because in this day in age of technology that can't make a phone call, or even send a text or email that I would be receiving snail mail critical to keeping my driver's license whole. Terrible place.

Well, the people who greeted us were wonderful. Each person was warm and attentive - I was very hopeful, especially when I saw the questionnaire my son was filling out. It's very detailed and seems thorough. Then he was in with his assessor (?) for quite a while which indicated to me that we were getting somewhere. But we left and all I know is that he has another appointment in a week. My son is developing what I see as serious indicators that he's losing control of his mind and his life. It's not hard to to tell, especially for a professional who's seen all the ways that people like him try to manipulate the situation. Bottom line is my son needs help NOW and that's proving to be a very difficult thing to get. He's finally willing to go into inpatient treatment but I don't know how to get him in. He doesn't either. And he's going down. I am terrified. We desperately need help.

If I could give 0 stars to 211 I would. 211 is a joke, when u call they put you in a bag of tricks. I feel sorry for the homeless because, this program is only capitalising off of the homeless. If you want shelter they throw you through hoops. They gave me a referral for a place that is no longer open anymore. Then they give you the run around. They never called me back and I did everything they said do, I still have no help. Then you need tohave a job for a case manager. Silly rabbit tricks are for kids.

They don't help people and are very rude and don't care they refer you to places that are rude don't care and that don't hell

Over priced.... I m sure they just capitalize on people just trying to get their lives together.

They helped me to get the funding program i needed so i can continue with my treatment program to help me stay in recovery.

They helped me find a place but I had to take a 2hour intake thing n then had to do the same 2 hour intake thing at a place on 10th n layton...so that sucked.

Awful awful place! They only take your money and if you need to contact them they won't answer ot call back, they don't care just $ keep in mind. I give 0 starts

Don t ever pay the 147 late fee, if your ever late just blame it on traffic. The instructor (Larry) was 30mins late and his excuse was traffic when I asked what took so long & they didn t refund me 147 for him not being on time... :)

Only need two dollars to pay off the payments and I ask if I could come back and pay it they sayed I had to pay it if full right then and there and I get payed Friday

This place is great. The counselor I met with really cared about my situation and wasn t just there to do her job. They make decisions that will be best for you, at least in my case. I guess it s different in my case because I m a minor. But this place truly is a great institution.

I called for assistance and I couldn t get the help I was seeking. Zero thumbs up, you NEVER know what ppl are going through.

IMPACT is an important resource for the Racine/Kenosha County community. From within the county, Dial 211 to connect to a myriad of programs including: foodbanks, tax preparation, free rides to medical appointments, and so much more. I recently had my taxes prepared via IMPACT, and I am so grateful for the service.

Any monies given to support 211 is wasteful. 211 is useless. No resources. No help what so ever.

The guy was nice but now I have to do 4-6 months of outpatient treatment for being honest about smoking. I am sad now. To be safe probably just tell them you quit everything. Also it costed me 290$.

After my assessment class and paying $295.00 they sent my paper work for my classes to the wrong address and never tried to get a hold of me any other way. Now I have to pay $300.00 for the assessment again. Racketeering Attis finest people.

THANK YOU to the many here who shared the REAL TRUTH! Being that these 'people' involved with this corporation do not think on a Loving, Caring, Compassionate, OPEN MINDED (as the world is rather freaking BIG! Full of many walks of life and culture, values, structures of their own!) or Neatraul level of understanding ones personal experiences, emotions and that there is ALWAYS more to the story that many ignore/overlook or just haven't comprehended that YES, it does exist!

Love and Respect towards fellow man doesn't register in today's society, thought process. Just sad.

Friendly personnel but it's just an office not a shelter or a care facility. Personnel could have been better informed they ended up sending me on a wild goose chase.

Was told that I needed outpatient treatment for an OWI i got in 2017. Went Achievement Associates and completed 6 weeks of treatment. The counselor said that as far as he was concerned, i was done with treatment. Went to court with letter of completion and the judge was very lenient. IMPACT says that i'm non-compliant because they requested 4-5 months of treatment; even though the Psychiatrist said that i didn't need any further treatment . Now they say that i have to pay another $295 for another assessment and complete whatever treatment that they suggest. RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!! Why can't they use the assessment that i had last year!? Nothing has changed; So why another $295 payment!? Worst part is that i paid to have interlock installed in my car and have to pay monthly for it. But my time doesn't start until i get my occupational DL; which i can't get until I've completed IMPACTS recommendation. Regardless of what the professionals think.......
Not going to take this lying down. I will be contacting everyone and anyone who will listen.
