I specified 4 blu toilets for a house in Victoria and they have been nothing but trouble. Flushing parts didn't work corrrectly. The exit hole in the toilets was so small they caused blockage. We have now started replacing them at great cost.
I have a 10 year old Blu floor mounted faucet that was leaking. I communicated through pictures and emails and the part they sent was the fix I needed. Very happy with the service.

Bought two 45 degree vanities in September 2018 we are now being told maybe we will get them in March. The original 10 to 12 weeks was fine, but six months? What nonsense. Cancelling order. Never dealing with this company again.
