I put a star because we are obliged if we want to leave an evaluation. We have 2 apartments in management in this agency. The follow-up is catastrophic. Communication is non-existent. I was contacted because there was a small repair to do in a housing, I immediately gave the coordinates of the craftsman then nothing ... A month later, the craftsman contacted me because worried of n have no news from the agency ... And we thought the problem settled.
Following the departure of a tenant, the apartment takes time to be re-rented. As I do not see the ad posted by the agency on the various rental networks, I take care of it and I send all messages to the agency. No return, despite my requests. After a while, I'll get the keys to redo the photos and then I realize that there are a lot of refreshments to do (including cracked toilets that leak ...) they do not seem not having thought fit to warn us ... And so on. No confidence in this agency !!

THE WORST AGENCY IN COLMAR. A bunch of crooks, thieves and liars. They tried to steal 1200 from us when leaving the rental. After going through ADIL, they finally returned part of the deposit after many reminders and abandoned their unrealistic quote. The manager is disastrous, you have to restart it 4/5 times before it starts working.
