Flee this agency! They pay the tenant expenses that are not their responsibility. They use a false company to make the estimates of the work possibly to be done after the inventory of places of exit. The person who makes the statements of the places of exit (Mr A. B.) is the same who makes the estimates of the so-called "repairs" via his own micro artisan company. Judge and party? Barely....
