Less responsive, it's difficult. More than two weeks since the elevator in the building broke: the estimate for the reappearance was sent to them the day after the failure but still no news from them. My parents are on the top floor and are not supposed to exercise or carry heavy loads after surgery. All this was clarified to them but no reaction, no one moved, still no elevator. Great, thank you very much for your understanding, your responsiveness, and your efficiency.
