Real estate agency to avoid absolutely, not at all professional, non-existent reactivity, no communication even after multiple reminders, no follow-up, file which had to be returned several times, even gives you false information.
On the phone, agents are never available and hide behind the "receptionist", the latter knowing nothing other than the name of the agency. It makes you wonder why she answers the phone if she is not able to inform people.
When we ask him to pass us the agent taking care of our file, he is never present.
After insistence, however, she puts you on hold multiple times in order to find out from the person who is not supposed to be there. She even made a bad manipulation or I could clearly hear her talking to her colleague who is "not there".
