I was there in August, your answers like that are also famous on booking! The room was hideous, with a shower clogged with limescale, destroyed and full of mold! Not to mention the broken chair impossible to use. In the bathroom, on returning in the afternoon, there was an unpleasant smell almost every day! Reading the reviews on booking, I discovered that in your structure there have been cases where you used the bathrooms of the other rooms to customers, although they were occupied but with people absent, I hope for you that during my stay the causes of that smell were not due to that! But then I wonder with what courage do you allow yourself to let people into another room just to use the bathroom? Well, luckily the structure does not shine with confidence and I kept everything locked in my suitcase. The answer you left to the vote is truly pitiful, precisely by irresponsible people. I did not want to publish the photos on google and limit myself to leaving only an evaluation, but as a "small person" and since you have a very long language, I do.

Lodges great. Service skimpy-eyed guest but polite and nice. English-speaking contact. A good getaway for sightseeing. Near to the metro station. Near the Carrefour store. Prices in the extra store. We had a stay with breakfast. Breakfast around 9:00 for sweet and coffee. But quantitatively well. You can eat.

Room Very clean and fragrant, in the morning you can smell the delicious scent of croissants. The beautiful and very kind breakfast girl. The check-in guy is too professional and not very welcoming in my opinion, but it's a personal opinion. I loved it. The delicious breakfast especially the croissants made from them. We wanted to visit Rome for a 4-day weekend so we took a sort of hotel that seemed reasonable to me for the price.
When we arrive at the doors of the so-called hotel, I ring and nobody answers .. so I call a number. I have a woman on the phone who does not speak a word of French so it's either English or Italian, plus she asks us to wait in front of the doors ... except with the whole journey and at the hour at which we arrive, we have only one desire is to take a shower and to sleep except that the woman makes us wait 20min in front of the building and not a hotel!

Once there, the receptionist explains to me that I have to pay 21 euros for taxes ... and 20 euros more because we arrived after 6 p.m. She gives us the keys and there we find our room ... it was not at all a hotel, it was rather an apartment which included two bedrooms and a bathroom with a toilet which was shared. The place is very dirty, the joints in the bathroom had to be redone, a lot of work to be done in this kind of place, degraded toilets, the bins located just below our window ... it stinks, tagged when you leave the building which tarnishes the streets of Rome ... more! The second day of our arrival, at 2:00 am someone knocks violently on our front door, my companion gets up and there we learn what ... that it is not at all like a hotel with one room and one bathroom not at all .. it is an apartment with two bedrooms and a shared bathroom so we have neighbors which is inadmissible !!!

The structure looks good but has many problems. I booked and paid in advance 8 rooms for an event in Rome and I had a very bad figure with the loved ones who stayed overnight! The air conditioning and fridge did not work in many rooms! In various rooms the shower does not supply hot water !!! WiFi is almost non-existent! Light counters keep running! The staff and the owners do not solve any problems and only speak Italian !!! Some of my guests to whom I had kindly offered the room could not sleep, due to broken air conditioners, they had to take a room at the nearby Pacific hotel !!! Another guest of mine had to show up at the event without having finished styling !!! (continuous drops in electric current !!!). 2 days later I contacted the owner and he dismissed me denying everything and shouting angrily without taking responsibility for the serious inefficiencies and without apologizing he ended the conversation slamming the phone in my face! Obviously, at the level of customer care and service they are bad indeed indeed !!! The rudeness then in managing the call was truly demeaning! I strongly advise you to avoid it !!!!

These are rooms in a spacious apartment of a residential building (audibility is appropriate). Not a hotel. The house is not 8 and 8a. The first night there was no duvet. There was no one at the front desk that we could tell, so we slept with a small blanket the first night. The day after our bed broke, but since the staff were poor in English, we couldn't explain it to them so they understood it.
The breakfast consisted of a sprinkled half black croissant, a dry cake with jam and a cheap yogurt.

The pictures from the booking page did not live up to reality.

The good location: close to the Vatican (8 minutes walk), 5 minutes to Cipro metro station.
Garage available nearby.
The spacious, elegant, spotless room.
Despite that we arrived quite late in the evening, we were personally greeted by the general manager, who kindly showed us all the necessary facilities of the b & b.
We felt like family.

We can recommend it for copies, for a long weekend in Rome.

Cleanliness, courtesy and above all central location are the strong points of this structure. You have the subway to 150 meters, a bus stop less than 100 meters and 200 meters taxi stop. Near the Vatican, not far from the center of Rome.

Great staff and comfortable environment. Clean and available to satisfy the customer even with extra requests and at super prices. And what about Champagne, red and white wine worthy of demanding customers and accompanied with fresh but excellent dishes on request.
The beautiful breakfast that to say seems to be at home because pampered and followed from arrival to departure. I will definitely be back good Sabrina and the Staff. Try it and you will be super satisfied with 4 days of dreams.

I booked it months before traveling to Rome and upon arrival everything was in order. The rooms are very comfortable and equipped. They offer a very complete breakfast. There is no permanent staff. You arrive, they give you the key and you manage alone. The next morning they come to prepare breakfast and clean and clean the rooms.

Very helpful and kind staff. The room was nice but not that great. Very small . The tiny bathroom and the non-working shower. I also had a hard time taking a shower. Towels not changed daily. The breakfast a bit poor, with little choice.

My wife and I spent 10 days and The staff was excellent friendly and helpful.
Edison and the young girl were excellent and friendly. I would recommend this place to friends and family, very clean and comfortable. It was great! will definitely come back.
