The structure looks good but has many problems. I booked and paid in advance 8 rooms for an event in Rome and I had a very bad figure with the loved ones who stayed overnight! The air conditioning and fridge did not work in many rooms! In various rooms the shower does not supply hot water !!! WiFi is almost non-existent! Light counters keep running! The staff and the owners do not solve any problems and only speak Italian !!! Some of my guests to whom I had kindly offered the room could not sleep, due to broken air conditioners, they had to take a room at the nearby Pacific hotel !!! Another guest of mine had to show up at the event without having finished styling !!! (continuous drops in electric current !!!). 2 days later I contacted the owner and he dismissed me denying everything and shouting angrily without taking responsibility for the serious inefficiencies and without apologizing he ended the conversation slamming the phone in my face! Obviously, at the level of customer care and service they are bad indeed indeed !!! The rudeness then in managing the call was truly demeaning! I strongly advise you to avoid it !!!!
