Worst After Sales Service. Be-careful.

Got a new Iphone, out of the box its a defective screen.
Asked for replacement, rejected and told to check with Apple as iMachines just sells the phone and dont care what happens after.

Opened case with Apple Support. They checked all facts and did phone testing with another iphone authorised store and told, the seller Imachines, has responsibility to replace with another device as this is a manufacturing defect and seller has to claim with apple.

Checked with iMachines, no use. Like talking to wall. They just want profit don t care about helping customers.

Highly recommend to buy any apple devices from iWorld Connect or Ezone who are Authorised provier for Apple and They will replace your device if its manufacturing defect.

Imachines is just reseller.

took my MacBook air to fix usb port and get bigger space on it
the checked it sent me email with what i have to change
they forgot to fix what i asked for

and when i collect it they informed me the fixed the usb and i came home it was not fixed
the forgot about increasing the storege space of the MacBook
the one thing that wan ted to do is change the battery that still worming and might not work in future as it was the most expensive part moreover they dot have it in stock have to wait for 14 days to get it and its not for sure
very bad service

Extremely Overpriced (even without the VAT) and they never have stock of anything. They re just an overpriced Apple museum without actual products that people want.
