Came here last week with my gf to buy a chair. Found the perfect office chair for under $200. it was such a huge improvement

However the way they separate the warehouse , cash and delivery is so complicated

Well staffed. Easy to locate a employee for help. This Two-story Ikea is well displayed. I easily located what I was looking for. They have a wonderful restaurant with a good selection of foods.

Can be an elementary school full of children which is very annoying for adult shoppers. Bombarded by yelling and screaming making shopping experience difficult. If I want to see kids jump up and down throwing tantrums head to the preschool not ikea. Best time to shop is the minute they open till 2 or 3pm after that it's down hill. Avoid this place on the weekend.

Customer services are really bad. Shipping agent is very unprofessional and suck. Never come back this place again

So many items to choose from, a bit confusing to walk through, not a place to quickly pick up 1 item. The food court is amazing, great service and selection with reasonable prices.

Always find something new here, even after 20 years

I really liked this IKEA mega store. It has comfortable parking and restaurant. Prices and products are very good. I highly recommend it.

Coffee is the only thing that tastes good for breakfast. One thing thats consistant is that the sausage is always cold and i always have to heat ut up in the microwave.

No point in going since the food area is closed. We did end up buying $80 worth of items.

Still waiting for the order for 15 days. And this is the second time in as many times that I ordered from Ikea. They don't call with the 4 hour window. They don't update us with when the product would finally arrive even after it's 3 days past due. Their CC number doesn't work or is too long to reach someone (I'm on it at 1 h 09 min right now). When I was able to reach someone earlier today, they said I'd get a call in 1-2 hours form their "delivery" department. Didn't happen. Their excuse of "third party does delivery" is bogus. I also paid through a third party (bank/CC). Would they accept it if I said my third party payment company has not delivered the payment?

Update: finally delivered on day 18 after several follow ups. The product was dirty on the outside. Appeared to have been mishandled during delivery. The product quality is good so far. We've also purchased other items from the store. General product quality is good. Hence, updating the rating to 3.

Everything you'd expect an IKEA to be. Plenty of loading parking spaces, great selection and a large cafeteria.

I like their display, it is attractive to buy, they have a good variety to furnish your whole house with very good styles and combinations.

Nice showrooms, very handy furniture for the home, a little of everything for everybody.

Give yourself a tour filled with displays of bedrooms, kitchens, living rooms, and bathrooms. After that, buy whatever caught your eye after the tour. Don't worry, each product has a number code and price tag. Just write it down from the product and search for it on the first and second floor.

Very nice and clean furniture story. It's almost like a maze but there's maps everywhere. The food court has really great food with decent prices. The products are made to be cheap but still look nice and do the job. Most instructions are also very clean. It's always worth checking in the clearance area when you first walk in, sometimes you'll find quality returns or floor models for a great price.

The only thing I did not like was the apathy of the staff to attend and give information in the area of mattresses.

This has been the worst online experience I have ever had! I ordered my mattresses about a month ago and it was scheduled to be delivered yesterday! After waiting at home all day I receive a phone call at 5 saying they will be on their way in 30 minutes. 4 hours go by and after passing the 9pm delivery time we were under the impression it was just delayed. Now it s the next morning and delivery service is telling us the delivery was attempted and missed due to nobody being home and they can t do anything so I have to call ikea and reschedule! I have been calling IKEA ever since and all I get is a sorry were too busy to take your call goodbye auto message. I don t even get a wait time they just don t answer ur calls! This is absolutely rediculous. No help at all!

The place is really good to purchase the best and current design bed, kitchen, living room furnishing and lots of new ideas!

Massive store. Feels like a casino, no way out. Went for the Swedish meatballs and lingonberry drink. Love them both.
I noticed some really cool large pictures on my way out. Seems like everything you need for your home is there. What a fascinating concept from that Swedish owner.

I don't understand why there were so many people in the way on their laptops.

I couldn't see the furniture right because they were sitting everywhere... on the couches, on the dining tables and even in the food area.

They even had their feet on the couches without shoes..

"What company allows this?"

I feel like I didn't have an opportunity to shop.. I will never go back!

Good food, cheap, and nice furniture. You can even walk around for fun!

Expect long lines to enter, however they have canopies, as shade, while you wait. Restaurant on 2nd floor is not open but the cafe on 1st floor offers limited items. Be prepared to follow social distancing practices by following arrows that provide one-way access to the many departments.

Cheap furniture, not very good quality, but very cheap.

I went there and looked at everything. Took pictures and measurements. Came home and figured what I needed. Ordered it on line and picked it up 4 hours later. No waiting, it was ready when we go there. They helped us load it up. Great place.

Ikea has many unique things. A lot of the products seems poorly manufactured while others very convincing yet mediocre at best in regard to materials used in production. Overall the design to price can't be beat. If literally beat results may surprise you

Ikea has everything I need and want if I want change China sets or redecorate my room. I also have breakfast there it is so delicious and for a great price too!

I love this place. It all the household items that you will ever need, as well as, creative furnishings. Add the to their in-store restaurant, it covers all the bases for a productive experience. Don't forget the pick up some swedish meatballs to go!!

It s very nice if you like walking a lot and very nice that the officer two different eating areas after that long walk . I also appreciate the child care while shopping . The only thing I don t like is everything is like a maze i there lol .

I have gotten so many great deals there through the years. So much fun to go and explore there. Keep in mind it takes time to go through there though

Awesome store. Many deals. Baby changing room with arm chair! Super nice. I felt so comfortable knowing I can change my baby and fed her privately and comfortably. There are 3 in the store. No one had to use the one I was in when I was in there and I was breast feeding for 45 min. Free diaper at small land just in case you forgot one. $1 breakfast was big and yummy. Very fun day.

I asked for helped several times and some workers totally ignore me, and I needed some information about a matress and they just pointed from far away and left. They don't treat costumers equally, buying my matress and furniture somewhere else.

IKEA is a fun place to visit and walk through the warehouse for Home Improvements ideas. There's a small day care center for younger children while you shop and of course a food court. If you love to build furniture, this is the place for you. IKEA has come long ways to simplifying the instructions with easy to follow along pictures. It's not a cumbersome process. If you're not so handy, you can request the furniture to be built for you for a small fee. I'm not an avid buyer of IKEA furniture for the reason of my 3 athletic boys and husband. The furniture is flimsy and not sturdy enough for active children. Well, this has been our experience with boys who are tough on furniture. I purchased a queen size bed for my husband and I however, after a wrestle match between 2 boys, the bed frame broke in many places. Yikes! Come to my surprise, my husband was thrilled. He's all of 6'5, 260 lbs and felt the bed did not provide enough comfort and length to support him. He had a constant fear the bed would crumble underneath him. Needless to say, we purchase our furniture elsewhere. We have purchased bedding, carpets, kitchen ware and many other household items that are reasonably priced and have been sufficient for our household. IKEA has been instrumental for our boys now in college with dorm furnishings, decorative items, desk items, etc... We love IKEA!

One of the nicest IKEAs in SoCal! Very convenient location, great cafe area, and items are well stocked.

They always have the most tastefully designed items for the house, although not necessarily the most enduring.

We IKEA...so nice to come and check out the amazing floor models! The prices are great and the products are beautiful...none of that cheap stuff. I wanted everything because around every corner was something new. Kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom, patio and office furniture....it was a lot to see....worth the trip from Riverside.

Had breakfast at their cafe before the store opened. Free coffee before 10am on this day, don't know about other days. The store is huge! Plenty of parking.

My 2nd favorite Ikea In So Cal. Burbank is my favorite because I love that area. But the OC Ikea is nice, big and usually has a better selection of items than the Carson Ikea

It's IKEA what more can I say. Best place to purchase puzzles at a reasonable price! Just kidding... I think that they make some very well thought out designs. I bought a couple of pieces of furniture from a competitor and I will NEVER do that again. When you buy something from IKEA, it all fits together. The furniture I got from the competitor, all the shelves would fall through. I had to redrill the holes and buy the appropriate shelf supports. IKEA really has their act together. They are amazing at.how they can fit some very large items in such a small (heavy) box.

It's IKEA what's not to like! We shopped while the kids played in the play area, it was great. I feel like this IKEA had better sales than ones I have been to before. After shopping we had yummy food, $30 to feed a family of 5 dinner was great.

Great place to bring kids. Family restroom and "baby care" room for diaper changes etc. Kids menu and baby food available. Entertainment for kids while eating. Not to mention their great products!

I love Ikea. Always end up finding good stuff here but I honestly would not get their furniture. Their furnitures looks like it would break in pieces. Other than that, the food is amazing and cheap and I love how I can get free unlimited coffee just by having their free member card

Large store warehouse of home shopping. Great place to eat as well, inexpensive.

Mega store, you find more than the catalog book. You'll find everything for your home, but the house.

Checkout process is very slow. It hasn't improved much from the 90's.
