Because there are good things at low prices and it seems fantastic to me what there is where the children play while you buy!

Fair prices on couches, although when picking it up at the "furniture pick-up" they'll skip huge orders for the small orders. My estimated wait time was 15-25 minutes. Unfortunately, I waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes until I spoke to another staff about this issue. I really expect them to inform their customers if an item is delayed in the near future. This is unacceptable.

Such a good place to spend the day! Looking around and eating the delicious food there, NEVER gets old!

I enjoyed the Tim's looking at Stuff but due to construction I didn't see as many displays of products.

It bigger than the Carson Ikea. Love the restaurant there.

They had re n display what I was looking for but when I went to the warehouse they did not have the product and there are not enough workers to help you !!

Just like every other IKEA I've been to, accept maybe a little cleaner. Fantastic staff, good layout and organization.

I have shopped here numerous times and plan to do so in the future.

The only IKEA in Orange County but worth going to, just be warned it gets busy on the weekends.

This place is huge! Definitely lots of choices, with very unique design. Build quality on the items are so so, but that is expected since everything is priced reasonably.

Good place to go shopping for the excellent home to go to taste your meals in your restaurant in general I would like to return soon

The furniture is easy to install, simple and convenient.

Standard IKEA. If you have been to one you have been to all of them. Good place to find interesting ideas for your house. This one had very friendly staff. When the queue to pay was too long, they opened extra tills.

The air system was so bad.it was very hot and humid.

It's an IKEA. This means it is very large and there are many things inside. You can eat food, furnish your entire house, get plants, save money, etc.

Had the $3.00 Swedish breakfast with coffee and good shopping experience. I want to live there.

WORST ONLINE AND DELIVERY SERVICE EVER!

After i placed my order the next available date for delivery was 5 days away, on delivery date 18/8/2018, i received a call from Ikea telling me that my order will arrive from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, i rescheduled all my appointments and activities on that time to wait for the order.

Its now 7:45 PM then i received a call from the delivery driver that they are delayed, and i told him i have an appointment now and i can't be at home since i stayed put from 3:00PM untill 7:00 PM and i didn't even receive a call during that time that there will be delays.

Next day i called Ikea asking what happened to my order and they said that i refused to receive the order!!!!

I explained the full story for the customer care agent and she said she would tranfer me to resolutions to tell them my situation.

she transfers me that department and i was put on hold for more than 45 min!

I still dont know the status of my order, and no one is giving me any information and this is my 2nd day trying to find questions about my order.

Ikea uses a 3rd party company for delivery, sadly they will lose more and more customers and i and my family will never shop at Ikea again.

The place is a little overwhelming but it works. The carts are about as lame as you can get all the wheels turn and your banging into everything and people as you walk. If you have a bad back I would not recommend going in there because of the carts

For four consecutive days I have tried to place an order online for pick up at Ikea store in Costa Mesa. I can not get past the screen where I select my items. I can neither select "Delivery" nor "pick up" and for pickup option it states that they are maxed out for order pick ups for the day and it does not give me an option for a different day. Also, there is no way that i can call because the automated messages all end up terminating the call by stating that due to COVID-19 cannot take the call and to call later. Furthermore, there is no option for Chat on the site and no option for email. For an organiztion of this size, this is not a good thing. I hope that it can be corrected.

A wonderful selection of product. A bit pricey. And easy to find your products when your ready to buy.

I've always loved IKEA, they have everything you need and more. You get lots of decorating ideas as well as the tools to have everything organized and the prices are great

Definitely encourage your guests for a wedding for an event to not buy anything from IKEA. They won't accept returns or exchanges even if it's in original packaging on opened.

Every time we visit (once in two to three months) there are the most long and slow moving lines that I have ever seen. Yes, I understand first day after Time change (fall-back) and everyone has been up for an hour, but to have three registers open at almost 11 am?? Additionally, the item we wanted, while we were told they suppose to have 19 in stock" , after another about 10 minutes, we were told there are none.. INEXCUSABLE - between the long lines and mess in stock levels... Sorry IKEA.. .

Bought one online item over 10 days ago, estimated delivery date was 18th , item not shipped yet, that what order status says. May be item is still some where in warehouse accross ocean.

I am grateful for the great and magnificent initiative to help the most unprotected due to this cruel pandemic, many of us lost very good jobs and the food shortages have been hard on society. The support is extraordinary, and the food I received is vital to being able to take a pantry home to survive. Thank God and Ikea for giving me food and support. God bless you.

We visited two ikea because one's inventory did not agree with reality.

In general, the service is good, but the cafeteria is not clean enough. Most of time, we need to clean the table by ourself or to look for bus person to clean it.

It's a furniture store, with nice furniture. So yeah its cool.

I do and I do not like Ikea. I like IKEA because they have such a well organized business with a staff that is well trained and hard-working. Each time I go to IKEA I am amazed by the amount of products they have for sale and how you can see what those products look like when fully assembled. Now, I'm not a fan of IKEA because alot of the wooden products and furniture feel to be low quality. Exaples: An Air BnB host, bed rail and frame slat broken a week later. Another friend's expensive closet broken and a month later we find out there is a recall. Glass cups brake too fast. The crest rail of nice looking couch does not last. The food court and food options sold is why I give IKEA four stars because if not for that three stars would be my choice. Keep up the great work, but please work on the quality of the material used on much of your products. PARTICLE BOARDS must go. 8)

Great breakfast for a great price. Sometime my wife and I will just come here in the morning to walk around and grab a bite to eat. I used to come on a semi-regular basis with my buddies to get meatballs for dinner.

Interesting furniture and and everything for small spaces.

This ikea is like any other one. Has a large restaurant that is inexpensive but not that tasty. They should really turn the AC on. I was sweating all the way through the store.

The desk or bookshelves they sell are junk. The stuff was made to build and to never be moved. Try moving it after it being built and it will collapse. But if you plan on leaving it in one spot for the rest of your life, its ok.

Nice place for contemporary household and furniture at great prices.

Great Swedish food is bonus

Today was Nanowrimo Writing group day. As is the norm when we are invited to a Kia to right, we were treated beautifully. We were given run of the entire IKEA store and all the employees and supervisors work with us to make it an event that we and all of their customers enjoyed.
I can't say enough about the cafeteria staff. They are always friendly, helpful, and well-trained. The food is excellent and there's plenty of it. The cafeteria is clean constantly and we have to give credit to those wonderful employees who pick up after us.

IKEA in an affluent region. Returns were handled professionally. Good food. Play land is always full. Food court does not always have two cashiers open.

IKEA is such a great place especially for families. From the cafe to the crafts and the savings. Watch out on the weekends though. It can get pretty packed.

Has all that is needed, just hate the way they try to force you in the IKEA maze can't get in and out without finding all the short cuts,

Parking always sucks and they never have enough registers open

My wife and I absolutely love to come here and just walk through the setups for all the different style rooms and take ideas of what we like and what we don't. Last time we came we ended up getting a lot of stuff we hadn't come there for in the first place!

Good example of an ikea store. Some of the displays are damaged and/or very dusty but the food is excellent and cheap and they had exactly what we wanted in the end

Ikea doesn't need to be introduced to anyone. If you need home stuff there you find it.

Love coming to Ikea. And this own is well kept outside as well as in. There are multiple ways to get from the 405 and plenty of parking. Once inside it is very easy to drop off the kids before you shop and then get to browsing!! The family loves getting the swedish meatballs, chicken tenders and chocolate cake, while I love the vegetable balls!

We arrived when IKEA opened, kew our aisle and bins/ the products we were buying were on sale, quick in and out, gre help loasing
