WORST ONLINE AND DELIVERY SERVICE EVER!

After i placed my order the next available date for delivery was 5 days away, on delivery date 18/8/2018, i received a call from Ikea telling me that my order will arrive from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, i rescheduled all my appointments and activities on that time to wait for the order.

Its now 7:45 PM then i received a call from the delivery driver that they are delayed, and i told him i have an appointment now and i can't be at home since i stayed put from 3:00PM untill 7:00 PM and i didn't even receive a call during that time that there will be delays.

Next day i called Ikea asking what happened to my order and they said that i refused to receive the order!!!!

I explained the full story for the customer care agent and she said she would tranfer me to resolutions to tell them my situation.

she transfers me that department and i was put on hold for more than 45 min!

I still dont know the status of my order, and no one is giving me any information and this is my 2nd day trying to find questions about my order.

Ikea uses a 3rd party company for delivery, sadly they will lose more and more customers and i and my family will never shop at Ikea again.
