For four consecutive days I have tried to place an order online for pick up at Ikea store in Costa Mesa. I can not get past the screen where I select my items. I can neither select "Delivery" nor "pick up" and for pickup option it states that they are maxed out for order pick ups for the day and it does not give me an option for a different day. Also, there is no way that i can call because the automated messages all end up terminating the call by stating that due to COVID-19 cannot take the call and to call later. Furthermore, there is no option for Chat on the site and no option for email. For an organiztion of this size, this is not a good thing. I hope that it can be corrected.
