Hundreds of euros spent on furniture, the set of screws at home appears incomplete. Called and friendly, but the quickest solution turned out to be driving back to the store. New screws would be ready for customer service.

Meanwhile, 40 minutes further and still waiting for an employee to take a new product out of the warehouse to pull out the bag of screws. The missing part is around the corner from customer service so I offered to take it myself. But no no, that is not allowed; because that is really not the system!

Buying and assembling a desk for a moment has become a day's work.
