Parking lot is always full despite inside crowd. I really enjoy the shopping experience and cafe here. Although employees do not seem very warm.

The food in the cafeteria is great and I always find something that I can afford.
Wow, ordering on line has been an absolute nightmare. If you do it, be 100% sure of your purchase. If you have any issues, they direct you to their customer service number, and you will be on hold for hours. Email contact takes a week. OMG. I have called at least 20 times and have been on hold for over an hour or more.
My advice is, walk into the store and buy there, don't use on line.
Looking for some pretty awesome house stuff? Ficus trees or duvet set? Haha ikeas got it
Prices are quality are good, but it's always a twenty minute wait to check out.
I never thought of furniture as disposable before? What a future. What's next disposable people? Oh wait that's Springfield.
It's a rare day if I leave this place spending less than a hundred bucks!
Great place for decorating ideas and the room decor is very reasonable priced. I got some glass cups and they were so affordable and great quality. The furniture is not the greatest quality but the other stuff is so worth the visit.
IKEA is so cool. Check the website for stock on items before you go. Or go just for the meatballs!
It s IKEA... they re all the same and do their Job.... this one is as nice as any of them... great place to kill some time before a flight or pick up a chest or bed frame
All we were looking for was in stock, and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Food in restaurant was excellent!
I do love IKEA, this is a fun place and they always a crowd.
This one is not fun though for an out of towner like me to get to even though you can see it from everywhere. The parking lot is big, but crazy full all of the time.
The mall it is in has everything you could want too, other food, stores etc.
Once inside, IKEA is incredibly well run and organized. You have to admire and love their traffic flow concept of shopping.
If you have not been to an IKEA, go.
First rate, customer service, huge selection of furniture and appliances, I would/will go back to do my shopping.
Line so long you thought it was disneyland. Didn't even go inside.
We treat ourselves to a cafeteria lunch at Ikea once in a while and are always pleased by the consistent good quality food, and the adventure shopping afterwards.
Never a bad time at IKEA! Affordable prices and fun items that are both functional AND aesthetic. The weekends get pretty busy though, but that is to be expected of a place like IKEA. Don't go on the weekends unless you enjoy 15+ minute lines
Lots of cool stuff but not as big as some other Ikea's I've been to. We couldn't find any desk or office furniture, but the living, kitchen, bedroom, and accessories areas were great.
It's like maze. A great maze of I must have. Dont think you'll go and not spend anything lol.
Liked it a lot! They have this nice huge department for house garden decor indoor and outdoor, they have it all. Just wish they had more variety on their dining room tables and chairs.
Amazing prices, great food, nice employees, good furniture, what more could I ask for?
Great store to come to for modest priced home goods.
The furniture is quite inexpensive, and is fairly sturdy. My only complaint is that their instructions manuals don't have pictures, to the extent that "IKEA manuals" have become a local joke. The restaurant is very good, too. Small children will enjoy the play area.
Ikea is a wonderful store! You find things that you didn't even know you needed! Most of the fabrics are cotton or linen and the furniture is comfortable and affordable!
It's always a great place for studio equipment and office deco.
Swedish meatballs are an affordable and delicious way to fuel up for all the walking you'll do. Great prices for kids meals.
This place is a world all in it's own. The biggest downside is the crowds. Try to go when it's not so busy and it's far more enjoyable. Their grocery area is exactly like what you would find in Sweden. Returns and exchanges were never questioned, which was a blessing.
They cut off Breakfast early. I had to eat lunch instead.
Almost outfitted our whole house for not much money. Good quality stuff for not a lot of money. Not near the difficulty in assembly that people talk about.
Clean store and a friendly staff. Ikea is wonderful!
The one star is for customer service. I'm on the Portland, OR, website checking availability of a product. Over and over again, we check the inventory of the item we want to buy, and even though they promise in excess of 20 units, we find none at the store; the store associates can't explain the discrepancy, and cluelessly stammer about it, and encourage us to call customer service. But as we find out, there is no actual customer service, no way to call the store directly, and no way to talk to anybody, even by E-mail, which also restricts your ability to actually address and issue.
Website's local inventory checker wasn't working 3 days in a row, impossible to call the local store, their customer service & sales line had me on hold over 30 minutes 3 times before I gave up & drove an hour to the store for an item that wasn't in stock. Then I talked with customer service to see if they could make things right and they were terrible & "unable" (unwilling) to offer ANY compensation or discount to offset wasting half my day. Absolutely terrible, will not purchase from here ever again.
The coronavirus is really not an acceptable excuse for exceptionally poor customer service skills.
It's Ikea. It is what it is. Always a great selection and good prices. Plus I love their meatballs
IKEA is fine, but there are always too many people there and it makes me anxious.
Long ago in days of yore, it all began with a god named Thor! There were vikings and boats and some plans for a furniture store. It's not a bodega, its not a mall, and they sell things for apartments smaller than mine, as if there were apartments smaller than mine.
Always interesting to see what you can find special here. Saw the most beautiful kitchen, grey cupboards and white quarts counters.... Love it!
perfectly IKeA but sad that the founder Mr I.K of E.A.se died this month
They have everything that they in there and good conditions
Pretty standard with every other Ikea I have been to. Staff has been helpful and professional.
Great location. Love the options of organizing our home.
I hate Ikea. The layout is awfully and done specifically to force you though the whole store. The meet balls are gross.
IKEA is a wonderland. It's basically the same as any IKEA you've been to anywhere in the world.
This place is amazing the prices for furniture is unbeatable and the food as well. I like the fact that they let kids eat for free on Tuesdays.
Directions are easy to follow, they have hug parking lot as well. You won't miss a space to park.
Has everything you need and more. Go early if you don't like crowds.
Having 2 stories makes it more challenging than Seattle, but very nice.
so... my friend and i got to the self check out with 2 shopping carts and my friend had other plans and had to leave me so she asked the employee if there was someone to assist me out(with two kids in tow) the guy seemed put off but said yes... my friend left and when i was done i looked at him and asked for the help and he said someone out side would help me... mind you that i have a 2 month old in the shopping cart with my 4 yr old... when i got out side i saw help but they just ignored me... so i had to walk my shopping carts to my car by myself and put my items in my car(bed frame...ect
) not very happy.. especially when my friend would of stayed to help me...
Overwhelming and easy to get lost in but they have some good values, if you can find them.
This Place Is So Awesome and Free COFFEE For IKEA Family Members
Love this place and it's not as easy to get lost as you think it is. The arrows helped
Love their restaurant. Furniture prices are great if you don t mind assembling everything yourself.
What can i say everything you want and the food is pretty good.
Great prices, good selection, childcare for potty trained kids, food area
I love IKEA! I don t even have a reason to go most of the time but I go anyway. Weekends are busy af so if you can go any other time do! It s a great place to get ideas and just lose yourself! Also you can grab a cheap lunch if you re hungry. I love to come and explore the mini apartments they have within the show room! I am a person who believes in living frugally and humbly and seeing these spaces really inspires me. IKEA is also a great place to grab something I need if I strike out elsewhere. If you like calm and quiet and need space to be comfortable you will not enjoy your visit. But if you re capable of mental and physical comfort in a crowd you ll find something worth your time! Need a laundry basket? IKEA. Need a chair? IKEA. Need sheets? IKEA. Hate all your coffee mugs and want a cheap but stylish set? IKEA!
Boy howdy! The best time I ve ever had I was really good with the food here in town I you got a good food great sauce great food great staff great service great place for lunch or lunch and a lunch with a little more vegetarian friendly place and friendly place to hang around and hang with you for lunch or lunch here or lunch with friends.
Great value and enormous selection. You can easily spend hours here.
Decent stuff, good prices, like every other IKEA. Just don t expect to get out of there quickly. The check out lines move at a glacial pace, and like most of Portland, the customer service is lacking.
Love IKEA so many good ideas and space saving features.
Such a great date idea! Fiance and I had so much fun picking our new home decor. IKEA has so many choices and gives so many ideas.
Great place to get ideas for the home with showrooms full of their offerings.
Very interesting range of furniture at good price points. But what else can you say, it's IKEA.
