A great IKEA. Staff are actually friendly and the kids area is really good.

Restaurant is also huge so always the chance to get a seat. I have been to worse IKEAs.

Nicely set up branch. Cozy entry and ideal that you can use a locker to put your coat in.

Nice furniture with lots of accessories ... but the only downside is the food ... cheap but over-cooked .... I mean the vegetables and meatballs ... and French fries which are not crispy.

The prices in the restaurant are getting higher. This time 1 cash register open, long wait, food cold. Unfortunately. Staff friendly and helpful.

We have always been IKEA fans but since becoming parents 11 years ago our appreciation has only grown. IKEA has brilliant products for generally a very acceptable price that work well for families and don't per say have to last forever. Whenever we update our son or daughters bedrooms IKEA is our one stop shop. Nowadays we even have an IKEA kitchen and living room furniture. Always satisfied - great for accessories too. We love it...

Very nice store where they have almost everything. We have bought our kitchen here and are very happy with it! Fast and expert service. Handy for making multiple appointments and all the money you pay for the appointments is deducted from the total amount of your kitchen

Not help full staff special customer service. We both item we lots receipt the item the way we both. Spacial (Matthew )he keep arguing angry staffs. We never come back to Heerlam store.

Great store with a huge collection of furniture and assires.

Due to corona, we had to wait in a line outside before we could enter. There is a maximum of 2 people in a group. So it doesn't make sense to take the whole family with you. When entering, many things had been made corona-proof. Think of one-way traffic and certain corridors that were completely closed. We did have a bad experience when visiting IKEA Haarlem. We wanted to buy a mattress but caught the wrong one. This was because the mattress was put in the wrong position. Once we arrived at the self-scan checkout, we found out we had the wrong one. Unfortunately we could not walk back from the cash register to the correct position because there was one-way traffic. The IKEA employees did not come up with a solution, so we had to leave the IKEA through the exit and reconnect in the queue at the entrance. So the whole tune again. This took us an extra 25 minutes. Only this problem could have been solved much easier if someone from the staff could just grab the right mattress for us. That would have saved us a lot of time. So this service broke only 3 stars.

The food is really nice and cheap and perfect for a quick break. It is also very easily accessible because of the highway and the station Haarlem-Spaarnwoude. The inventory is very broad and you can put together every thing you like. Also, they have wheelchairs ik case your mobility isn't at its best and everywhere it's really wheelchair friendly.
