Due to corona, we had to wait in a line outside before we could enter. There is a maximum of 2 people in a group. So it doesn't make sense to take the whole family with you. When entering, many things had been made corona-proof. Think of one-way traffic and certain corridors that were completely closed. We did have a bad experience when visiting IKEA Haarlem. We wanted to buy a mattress but caught the wrong one. This was because the mattress was put in the wrong position. Once we arrived at the self-scan checkout, we found out we had the wrong one. Unfortunately we could not walk back from the cash register to the correct position because there was one-way traffic. The IKEA employees did not come up with a solution, so we had to leave the IKEA through the exit and reconnect in the queue at the entrance. So the whole tune again. This took us an extra 25 minutes. Only this problem could have been solved much easier if someone from the staff could just grab the right mattress for us. That would have saved us a lot of time. So this service broke only 3 stars.
