I give safety a star. It is a place where thefts are the order of the day. A few days ago they stole my wife's bag. We were together with our children. The theft was perpetrated by professionals. The assistance we received from the security staff to our complaint is regrettable, who limited himself to writing down our personal details and the description of the stolen objects (only one guard located after the tills sign that they pay attention only to shoplifting, not taking care of the 'safety of customers). We reported the incident to the Carugate barracks where we were informed, in fact, that thefts against Ikea customers are commonplace and that the most frequent victims are mothers with children in tow. So be very careful and avoid attending it on the weekend.
