Poor service during the sale / estimate, bad after-sales service. Problem created in September 2019, blame admitted by the kitchen department managers in the shop, but to date (20/01/2020) has not yet been resolved.
In all of this, I went to the store 3 times and was told to call customer service; I called customer service 4 times and was told to go to the store. Obviously all by alternating shop-call. I live in Bergamo and every time they are 30 euros round trip.
The last conversation I decided to undertake via Chat, so as to have everything written, black on white.
IKEA practice currently open and not yet managed; I've been waiting for the "call within 48 hours" for a week. Two practices open in the last two months, closed due to inconsistency with my story / problem.

Two days ago I went to Ikea. I bought two bedside tables. I put the first one up and it was all right, then I started to assemble the second bedside table and I realized that both drawer bottoms were missing. I immediately called for assistance and explained my problem. The lady on the phone (very rude) replied that I have to reassemble the drawer and bring it back to the shop so that they can make me a good discount. The problem is that I live 218 kilometers away. It costs me more gasoline than the bedside table. So now I have to go to the Obi and have those two pieces made to measure. unbelievable

Not very big (maybe it's me that I'm used to Ikea of San Giuliano Milanese) and currently under renovation. Soon Hyper Ikea (practically a shopping center linked to Ikea) will open.

In the store we have always found excellent products even if post lockdown often many items are missing. There are no words for the assembly and delivery service. Terrible time management. They do not show up, they do not notify and when they call they are at the wrong address. Never again

Very similar to all other ikea centers. In this case, the connection to the shopping center makes it particularly crowded on weekends.

Ikea has always been my favorite store to buy anything. It also has a restaurant at affordable prices. Recommended

Ikea certainly needs no introduction. If in addition to the transport, assembly was provided (but I don't think) it would be fantastic.

On the Ikea website it is written that the stores in the yellow zone are also open on Saturdays and Sundays, but it does not say that it is only for VAT numbers. Nice to do 1h and 20m of road for nothing ...

Very large store. On several floors inside the shopping center. What about Ikea is a security and there is savings. Environments for all types of rooms and homes. To get ideas in furnishing. Occasion department where they sell off exposed furniture or with small defects. Parking is ample although always full especially the weekend. There is an area specifically for loading.

IKEA a place of inspiration .. I spend too many hours in it while not being an employee. Recommended

Poor or non-existent after-sales assistance. They made a mistake in cutting the kitchen counter and took 5 months to replace it. The editors were two teams, the Bolivian one inefficient, they failed to put three screws on the bed, which fell when I moved it to clean it. The other team was of more and more efficient workers from the east. I think the editors are paid by the piece, otherwise it is understood that they work in a hurry without looking at the assembly instructions. Only after my insistence did they finally take away all the boxes.

This morning At the checkout, a bistro clerk, with glasses, with an arrogant and very high tone, speaks badly to anyone who even tries to drink a sip of water or coffee, saying that: "the decree is very of course you should not consume anything and everything only to take away .... "I hope they will take action against these characters who fortunately are white flies in Ikea. Unfortunately it didn't have the name on the shirt. Therapy must always be taken in the morning ...

IKEA, as we have known it, is also found in Brescia. Perhaps only a little smaller compared to realities aimed at an even wider catchment area. I did not find, instead, in the bathrooms that sense "IKEA" that had so pleasantly impressed me years ago. I suggest a renovation! In adherence ELNOS Shopping Center offers further ideas, perhaps "diluting" a little the IKEA effect !!!

Absolutely to taste the Swedish salmon wrap with their sauce, a delight! Among other things, it costs only 3.99 and you have a good lunch, then the water on tap is unlimited and free!
Swedish meatballs are also good!

Ideal place to buy furniture, if you like the style, but there are several nice and rather cheap furnishing accessories. The quality / price ratio of the food sector is good, both as regards the food that can be consumed in the restaurant, and what can be purchased in the Swedish shop. Place usually appreciated by children and environment with a magical atmosphere especially during the Christmas preparations !! Too bad for the crowd that is practically always there! Anyway, recommended !!
