What can I say ...... Rude, unreliable ...... I went to Roncadelle on purpose doing more than an hour and drive by car x of the competitions I had !!! Let me start by telling you about my bad experience that in the evening at 11.30 pm the goods I needed were available with many pieces. Arrival I see the goods on display and I ask the staff then the opening desk that I liked and that was out of display I am told, by an area manager employee, that there is not, it is not available and on the site it cannot be ordered but if I went to that of Milan there were 18 vehicles !!! ..... I look at the cubes to be attached to the wall I mark the colors .... When I go down to get the pieces in the warehouse I find myself with the cubes that were marked as finished at the end there were and those that there were available below were missing ..... Boh I leave you to think what one can think !!! X make you understand the warehouse workers that to ask for information you have to wait for their living rooms to end you also hear that it is impossible that they are wrong, etc etc ......... Want to work jump on you !!!! I went away with a bitter taste and an anger that you can't imagine! They will never see me again !!! I have no words for the desire to work, the professionalism and kindness received that I have never seen everything so assembled !!!!

The beauty is that cn the family of had planned a house renovation and we had already seen what to buy (renewing very large house furniture .......) But after this experience with fife !!!!

This last time, we were careful so that everything was correct, obviously the lady who saw herself being very distracted, she was wrong to insert the color .... despite everything, arrived home, for the umpteenth time we found ourselves a piece wrong and we will have to go back and change it. In the end, between the waste of time and gasoline, IKEA furniture is well worth it.

We were charged a fee twice for the product ( 99.90 more), after having reported it on the phone the same day we were called back 5 days later and they told us that after an analysis of the inventory of the warehouse it appears to them that the product is no longer in stock, so they didn't give us back the money. Great carelessness of the staff at the cash desk and dishonesty (or incapacity) of the warehouse manager.

So I ask a question to Ikea, I want to buy a kitchen, I'm paying you by bank transfer, why did you waste time and money?

At IKEA there is always something nice and / or useful for the home, at affordable prices. The only attention is to avoid peak times, like Saturday or Sunday afternoon, to avoid getting stuck in traffic.

IKEA is IKEA: good quality of materials, with little money you can get good furniture (good value for money).
