Very bad delivery and assembly service, the wardrobe arrived packed but the assembly technician was not seen and no one warned, I find myself having all the stuff in the bathroom and not knowing when someone will come to mount the wardrobe (100 euros for transport and assembly) I took half a day off to find myself without a wardrobe and without being able to use the bathroom because it was full of stuff !! Thanks Ikea (obviously the customer service number will leave you waiting for 5 minutes and does not solve anything)

What can I say .... it is a mega Ikea store with almost everything. I did not find compelling the self-service restaurant. Convenient payment of self coffers.

Shop, like all ikea, full of well-priced decor ideas. Very large and equipped, it allows everyone to find what they want for their home. You have to be careful to choose the products well, otherwise you risk not being able to fit them in the car!

Bad products at exaggerated prices. Moreover, after a wrong purchase of 4 spotlights I go to return them and the surprise: they do not return money but only give good purchases. Also to make 4 spotlights you have to wait 40 minutes. Damned the day my girlfriend entered this place.

If you don't know how to spend a weekend, for sure in this IKEA, inserted in a really huge and well-kept shopping center, you won't be bored! Polite and very helpful staff.

Too many gatherings. Shop too full of people, the only difference from normal times is that you wear a mask ... they check the temperature at the entrance, yes, but if there are many, too many and too close, what is the use? Admissions must be limited. I also point out that in the bathrooms the water taps did not work and without any warning ... same thing in the men's room: there was only one working. Always but above all these days, with Covid, it does not seem acceptable to me.
