Spacious, lots of choice, not expensive .. quality can be disputed

less choice with the new breakfast compared to last year's breakfast, you now have to pay extra for many products. In the store you have to carry around the entire store even if you only need 1 product

Good selection, good restaurant and nice staff who always help you to find an article you are looking for.

Nice shop with elevator, toilets and plenty of parking. Open evening and weekend. The disadvantage is the long winding route, which means that you are almost obliged to see everything. For targeted buying, that is a bit annoying.

Great opening hours also on German public holidays. Prices partly considerably under the German Ikea prices!

Pax cabinets are no longer what they used to be. In the past, the Pax cabinets were still veneered, and had a good quality appearance.
Now Ikea is going back to the quality of the past, and they use foil, and you can see that right away, very unfortunate. It probably makes them more money, but I think it is about satisfied customers and quality, right?

Just an Ikea like all others. Some tight walkways. Which is not very safe now in the COVID time.

Today I had a very nice and Valentine's dinner. Offered by ikea, together with 5 nice people. a pity that no more people have used it. Super cared for Ikea !!

Ikea as Ikea is meant to be, nice and big, sniff around.

I bought a mattress in 2009 at the IKEA in Hengelo.
This was a nice mattress until 3 years later there was a pit in it.
We then exchanged the mattress (because it has a 25-year guarantee).
In 2016 the same story again, another pit and the mattress exchanged.
This mattress has become a different type and we have paid for it.
This is because I no longer had much faith in the first mattress.
Now I have called the IKEA again today, with exactly the same problem (a pit in the mattress)
And now IKEA no longer wants to exchange the mattress because it is no longer covered by the warranty.

I can now only buy a new mattress.

This does not seem to me the intention, but I am now standing with my back to the wall.

Ikea is always worth a trip. This branch is located directly on the motorway. Very good connections, easy parking.

The IKEA in itself was really nice, not too big but big enough to have a good look at everything you may need in your house. But. I am horrified to see that all the cutlery, plates etc in the restaurant, is all plastic... That was a huge let down for me, as we are now living in a time where plastic can be replaced by better sustainable products, and we are all aware of the damages plastic does to our environment, and I would've thought IKEA in general would be conscious and act on it, with reason. And this IKEA has ongoing sustainable projects but do not involve plastic as I have seen. I just hope someone from IKEA sees this review and decides to talk about this issue. Thank you.

I feel embarrassed, now that I have bought a bonsai tree of 80 euros at this IKEA, which had already lost its leaves after a month. The staff are very courteous. The Ikea Family offers are very interesting. The restaurant has good food for a good price.

Ikea hengelo is easily accessible. Good parking space with large boxes. The ikea is just an ikea. Dense boarded concept that you must lie. Just like the canteen: bring earplugs and a clothes peg on your nose then it will work;) But 5 stars. Of course.

Beautiful IKEA, which is easy to reach from the A1 at Hengelo. The advantage is that it is on the same business park as many other 'markets', such as the MediaMarkt, the Baumarkt, etc.

That is also a disadvantage. It is quite a challenge to the business park to come to your place, and especially to score a parking space.

Once you are at IKEA it is a nicely decorated IKEA with everything you would expect.

And last but not least. If you can not object to German being spoken more than Dutch, it is not advisable to go there. It is extremely popular with our Eastern neighbors. I have absolutely no problems with it, but I heard some less nice comments about it.

Orphans look for a PAX cabinet. Tried to seek advice from an employee, but he did not know all the details of the various options. So you have to find out and try it out yourself. That was the advice.

Typical Ikea, unfortunately overcrowded, especially on weekends.

Free coffee and tea. Cheap food. Furthermore, they also have furniture and such.

Great Ikea, helpful and friendly staff. But as Youp van 't Hek used to say, Saturday afternoon around 3 o'clock is not a convenient time to go to Ikea.

Really a super nice store! Very large, wide assortment like every IKEA. Hot dogs really recommended and they don't cost a shit. Very resourceful that you have to grab your ice cream and sauces yourself, but get a cone or hot dog at the checkout. Due to this concept, there are fewer long queues at the cash register and the hot dogs are also ready for you. All in all a nice store to get some inspiration!

Beautiful Ikea we also had breakfast. In Delft breakfast at 9 o'clock open on Sunday and something else. Furthermore, the store does not make much difference. And for 1 euro there is nothing to complain about breakfast.

Do not want to sell anything while there is enough in the mage being ... In my eyes a case of doing hard ... Because of safety ... While no one is in the aisle ...

Got lamps and a new mattress. Lighting staff had a helpful attitude, were friendly and thought along. Staff in the bed department was a bit harder to find but when I found them they were also thinking along and helpful. Ikea is a fun shopping experience every time.

Many parking spaces and also a large restaurant.

Like every Ikea, it's fine, the example rooms are neatly decorated. What stands out positively is that the parking is sufficiently available even when it is full.

Friendly people, lots of choice and plenty of parking options.
