If you want to get in to the store be prepared to wait in line for 85 MINUTES.
It's ridiculous to line up with other people in the carpark because it is non other than the massive gathering. Theres more chances of you getting the Corona virus while you are in a queue than in the shop itself.
Management would better just impose the policy for face mask and disposable gloves or no entry.

Loads of parking. There is a restaurant in Ikea that serves very reasonable, very good food. I would suggest having dinner there before shopping. It will save you cooking later when you are assembling furniture! Lol. Seriously though, good cheap food and you can buy it frozen downstairs beside the tills. The store is laid out in two levels. The top beside the food court is the visual level, you can see everything laid out. Sit on the sofas measure the cabinets, lie on the beds, get a feel for what you want to purchase, then you go downstairs and get a trolley (you'll say you don't need one, but you will!) and then just follow through the store and load up with whatever you like. Larger stuff is kept closer to the tills and they have different trollies for heavy stuff in that area. Loads of tills so even though queues look insane you will actually move quite quickly, don't panic! Do get a store card sorted prior to your trip it will save you money. Personally I find Ikea stuff can make a house a home. Enjoy!

The delivery service is a disgrace. In IKEA Dublin shop, we have been told delivery is accommodating and the person we were speaking with put a note on our delivery for the hub/driver to deliver our products between 10am and 1pm on Monday 23 as it would have been hard to be home from 3pm to 5pm. The driver called us at 3:03pm saying that he could be to our place in 30 minutes. We told him it was too late now and the driver told us he could do the delivery tomorrow morning. The day after, I took the day off from work to wait for the delivery and nothing. We then called the customer service to ask them when they were going to deliver. We first spoke to someone who contacted the Hub and told us it wasn't possible and, all of the sudden the phone hangs up! I We called again and continue the conversation with someone else. This time we learnt we were not scheduled for delivery and that we had to re-book, that the delivery was not going to happen today and neither tomorrow! We were not happy with this, but asked to be delivered on next Tuesday because we are away, and we have been told there is a 4 days turn around for deliveries and that it can only be on Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays. We have been forced to ask a friend to get the delivery on Sunday for us and now our friend has to wait from 7am to 7pm to wait for the delivery. Even if drivers call an hour before the delivery, which is never true since they typically call 15mins to 30mins before they arrive, it is totally unacceptable to give no proper notice of delivery and force customers to stay home all day, while waiting for the call! There is a zero lack of flexibility and communication, they keep you waiting for as long as possible when trying to solve the issue by phone. So we got our friend to render herself available to Ikea delivery on a Sunday from 7am to 7pm, and now we even have to move everything from our friends place to ours (useless to have it delivery on the first place). The customer service when calling is truly awful

Anytime I've gone it's been a great experience. (To due with covid 19) The line seems long but actually moves really quickly. I arrived at half nine and it opens at 10 I waited in line for half an hour until the shop opened but as soon as the line started moving I got in within 5 minutes. If you're looking at the big ikea sign we were directly under that and there were maybe a hundred people in front of us. I think that the lines can be very deceiving. Once you get inside it's amazing not crowded at all. The staff make sure they let enough people in that there's room for you to walk around freely without worry. Though I'd still advise everyone to bring a mask with them everywhere regardless of where they go or how crowded it is. The displays are amazing and really help you to get an idea of what the furniture and decor would look like in a real life scenario. I've seen many people complain about a few things being sold out but that's to be expected during a global pandemic you can't fault the shop itself that's on the people shopping. Though I didnt notice much to be out of stock anyway. Great staff always kind and extremely helpful. If they tell you where to go or where something is and you still don't understand please make sure you ask because most of the time they have no problem taking you to there or to what you want or if they can't they find someone who can. Great quality furniture storage and decor for amazingly cheap prices will definitely go again. Just so everyone's aware it's cash only and that includes the area after the check out that sells milkshakes and the cafe. The restaurant is closed though you can still but meat ball and the area beyond the cash registers.

Great place to get home furniture and accessories. Also a lovely place for family day out . The best part of it is that it is child friendly and very comfortable too with nice cafeteria where variety of meal is served on a daily basis.
It is a place to visit. Highly recommended for everyone. 5*****
