Only went for the meatballs, it was just too crowded for my liking but that not to take away from what they have on offer

Standard Ikea. Avoid for quick trips, it's just too large. You always need to spend some time here

It's a building that's as efficient as their packaging. Can't fault it. Also love the canteen for a little break before heading downstairs for the big bits! They even have ATMs to help you buy more stuff, in case you were short of a few bob.

Security are very bad and dont know what they are doing

Covid restrictions too strict. There's no point to keep so many people queuing. Delivery service is too expensive, why? I will not visit or buy anything until it's all over.

very troubled experience when buying online the website is very old and slow; about 30 mins to load the confirmation page of payment and no email received for other 20 mins and the money already taken from my account; missing information on the website about the recycling of the mattress having delivered with the collection. I contacted the webchat and a guy, who apparently thought he was being funny, he kept replying with rhetorical questions. Online store absolutely a disaster from beginning to end.

Nice place for shopping. Lots of stuff. I like to shop IKEA. Hopefully I'll visit soon.

Found all the big items I needed, however couldn't find the smaller items and staff couldn't tell me where they were either.

I didn't get divorced after a trip here. Can you achieve the same?

Easy to get around and lots of household choices at affordable prices. Great value for meals.you could spend nearly a whole day going around it.always very clean and well signposted.staff in each area know what they are talking about well trained.

Chaotic. The showroom is a maze. That said, you can pretty much get anything at a decent price.

It's a bit difficult to navigate inside the store, due to no proper signs !!!

Staff on the click an collect upstairs left me standing there for 10 minutes as they chatted and looked on there phones 3 women.. then a Foreign lady with glasses said that order that's there is probably yours! ask the girls so I asked if they were mine and a big irish lady blonde hair asked for last 4 digits and WOW Surprise it was my order!!! I Said you left me waiting for 10 minutes while you chatted about getting booked in somewhere she said Nothing!!!! All the other Staff are doing a great job! This was at 10.43am 29th
JOKE a simple apology would have been fine, so Rude iv no doubt all the other bad bad reviews are in relation to the staff at this click and collect desk upstairs .. as I was walking away with my order I heard them saying we left him standing there because we were talking...plenty of people looking for jobs..

Fabulous store and everything you need in your home at affordable prices. I've travelled from Galway City to get to this store and will be doing so again in the near future. Covid 19 social distancing was well planned for a store so big

A great restaurant inside with good and cheap options. If you have Ikea family card you can have a free coffee there. The store is huge and very organized, with a great sort of products. Prices are good but for some items like kitchen stuff it is possible to find better prices at Dealz or eurogiant. It is far from city center so mind the weight of your purchase or you would need a taxi (15-20 to city centre).

A bit of a claustrophobic death trap of a wormhole if you're not careful. But they sell really nice stuff if you know what you're looking for. Really well designed place and nicely laid out to maximize shopping efficiency.

Has everything you want at a price that won't beat the bank. But high end stuff look elsewhere.

First visit to an Ikea, a lot of the expected, but impressed by their set layout and design suggestions as you wander through. The self pick section has to be seen to be believed.

What's not to Love? Sometimes there appears to be a shortage of staff on the shop floor if you need advice, but in a place that busy I'd be hiding too. Do your work online and get to the store, Find it easily and pay. Simples!!

IKEA is a great place to go you can take half the shop in then go for a bite to eat then do the rest of the place and come back for a relaxing coffee.
The staff are great the service is great the delivery service excellent.

Reviewing restaurant - never enough cashiers when it is busy so food lukewarm or cold by the time you get to eat it. Only one cashier on duty saturday morbibg place was busy and then another member of staff proceeded to interrupt cashier to have a chat! Surely there is a supervisor on duty to monitor and control flow no point in getting food efficiently if there is a hold up to pay.

The same IKEA that you get anywhere in the world. There is a nice range of furniture on the whole scale of prices. You can buy a cheap version and a premium version of almost everything, and a few in-between. You do feel the quality difference, but that's expected.
The food is nice for a quick bite, but the 4-5 items on the menu are mostly the same.
There are lovely play areas for kids, even at the customer service area.
There is a comfortable chair or bed everywhere to breastfeed a baby ;)

Love ikea. Kids love the restaurant and I love frames and candles.

Buy it.. put it together.. some great ideas and bargains to be had and the restaurant is great.

Very nice IKEA, plenty of car parking and clean, easy to navigate inside. It's an IKEA so you should know what to expect!

I will never go to this store. We were waiting for an hour and when we arrived we bought half of what we wanted and they had nothing good. The low-respected employee was screaming at the cashier, she was very nervous and screaming. I left things and went home disappointed

Currently undergoing major refit so not everything is on display, but everything else is still as good as always.
