What can I say... All furniture at my house are from Ikea. Do I love them? Kinda I do. With a bit if imagination you can make your house/apartment absolutely beautiful with their products.

I'm giving 4 out of 5 stars only because sometimes it's hard to find a parking spot. Too many people are going there just to kill the time, buying nothing but they are spending there hours and hours. Multiply it by 500 people wondering around with no purpose and its getting pretty uncomfortable.

Who doesn't love IKEA.Wonderfull choices to different budgets. The retrieval of furniture is confusing. When we shopped, the furniture were not in the aisles where they were supposed to be,even workers had trouble finding several items. Also,if you buy several items, please check the receipt at till.We were overcharged 10 euros.I would like to think that it was because the staff was too lazy to check all items on cart and that's why I was scanned twice an item worth 100 euros instead of 100 and 90 euro .Otherwise it was conscious choise to rob customer. As we had already loaded all in a van when I noticed,it was too much trouble to unload it all for bringing back.Just keep in mind not to leave till before checking if they charged you correctly. Also, the stock in shop does not match the stock online,so a ring to shop before going to buy a certain item might be a good idea to save time. The shop map is not much help, plan to spend a long time maneuvering the shop even if you know exactly what items you want to buy.Shop is children friendly but be aware that soft toys are strategically placed, you may end up buying unplanned things.

I like IKEA, the products are of a good quality and we always get ideas and something that suits. My experience in the main warehouse is not always ideal, I've been helped by interested staff often but occasionally you get fobbed off or given wrong info. And at the moment alot of items don't match their labelled locations and no one seems to engage.

Wow like a party in a giant warehouse fantastically laid out, amazing choice from the smallest household items to the largest, clever room ideas to suit everyone, so much to see time is needed plan a couple of hours and always grab that trolley, items picked out are simple to find in very well marked aisles, checkout is simple, staff are friendly and helpful, I think much more thought needs to be put into the food served at the main restaurant I found it very poor and not very appetising so would not eat or drink here

Great store as per usual - everything where it's supposed to be - loads to choose from but be willing to walk over 2klm through the store - quick Tim if you know what you're looking for then slip in back through the checkouts on the 1st floor and go against the traffic flow of customers

Ordered a kitchen on Monday and was promised delivery to Cork on Thursday. Received no further communication and waited all day. Called customer service late in the day to be told that it hadn't shipped as there was a small part not in stock, a part that could be immediately replaced with an identical part made by a different supplier.

Delivery was expedited to Sunday so I cancelled all my plans for Sunday. Waited all day again. Called them when I went to lunch to be reassured that I'd be called an hour before they came. No one came all afternoon. I called late in the day to be told they had tried to deliver before I had called the first time, at a time when I was definitely there. Claimed they didn't have my mobile number which is listed as the first number on my Ikea order confirmation form.

They're say they'll call an hour before but no calls received and no messages left at any time. Sadly an appalling service and not what I expected from Ikea.

Love the merchandise and the layout.
Can't accept the delivery charge to Carrick mines, unreasonably too expensive and this applies to the construction cost if one is unable.
I would like IKEA to be more socially aware, regarding those who are older, not everyone can lift the flat packs, the demographic that suits this shop are young and fit only ! , I say, et tu Brutus, one day we will all be that elderly, or for whatever reason unable person.
I hope one day that IKEA become less greedy and more inclusive.
People buy your stuff, you as a company, you make a fortune, time to stop pretending to be purist, eco and in with the people and simply be like the older shops in Ireland, their service was and still is in some cases real.
Those who know what I am saying and remember will understand.
One never left those shops feeling less of a person because one couldn't lift your merchandise or didn't have a huge car boot to accommodate them
Think, you will be that person one day.

Generally OK.. but if u drive 60 km once a month or two... and u think to get what u need, then u might be badly surprised
That kind of big shop should better organise stock. It's only one for whole country so.. guys, do better..

Typical Ikea experience as you would expect anywhere. Try to avoid the weekends: gets extremely busy sometimes to the extend that you can't even push your trolley through anymore due to the 'traffic'. Often you find yourself without cellular connection and their WiFi is down, so an for a meeting spot in case you lose your fellow Ikea shoppers for lack of communication possibilities! Good luck and best wishes that you make it through!

Store too large. Difficult to locate individual items and impossible tp go inside and come out quickly. Majority of goods of mediocre quality, nothing outstanding.
Most people were on what looked like a zombie state of mind as they shuffled through the store picking up items at random.
Restraunt was cheap and food cold even when it was busiest.

Check-outs were too complicated, narrow and just down right awkard, not user friendly for the customer

I love IKEA. Amazing furniture, good pricing. I really like their restaurant as well but lately we only got there on Sundays when it is crazy crowded. We have a lot of IKEA products in our home and we love them.
