Hey @ikea, we need a thorough review on sexual harassment incident by Ikea employee at your Amsterdam store. Apparently it's totally cool for delivery men to grab women inappropriately and make lewd sexual gestures/comments. Sickening to learn that global chain store given no cent about this.

Last Sunday afternoon to Ikea's customer service to exchange a shelf. We waited more than 20min and then the waiting time was still 45+ min. Drive far outside the branch and only two counters open, really dramatic. Ikea in Haarlem is much nicer.

Large selection, but little in stock due to Corona. Currently, many items that you expect to be able to get directly from the self-service warehouse have to be picked up at the nearby other warehouse location.

IKEA is of course the home department store of this time. They have so much for your house here. We always come home with much more than what we are going for. And almost everything in stock. The only disadvantage at IKEA southeast is that for the larger packages you have to drive a little to the second warehouse and that you sometimes have to queue there again. That was added when IKEA started expanding southeast, but had no room at the primary location. That is only a little from 1.5 kilometers away so not really serious.

Terrible customer service... as usual. I take photos of my paper receipts (and recycle them) in case I need to return anything. IKEA has a policy to keep your money by only offering "in store credit" if you don't bring back the paper receipt. #terriblecustomerservice #badikea #avoidikea

Fine Ikea. Only the customer service takes a very long time. The computers also determine which number is up and so it may happen that other people are in the turn when you have been waiting a long time. So take the time.

Came for a bed frame, after waiting in line for a ...

Came for a bed frame, after waiting in line for a while we got a receipt and it appeared that we had to pick up the frame at the external warehouse. All right. 5 minutes later we arrived at the warehouse, where we then have to wait 58 minutes! And this on a quiet Sunday evening, while only new people kept coming in earlier, often with many more packages. Conclusion; if they say you need to get to the external storage, allow it to deliver something tasty.

(According to the employee he had endured still longer waiting so we were no exception)

Nice shop, but wonder if the man at the grill in the restaurant knows what he is doing? Bake prime rib without salt. When I asked, he said that there is salt at the checkout, but afterwards salt on your meat is really not tasty. Incidentally, the prime rib had a very dirty 'old meat' taste.
