IKEA Amsterdam Review

Nice to make yourself, very easy! IKEA is a beauty, especially the kitchens and accessories.

Extremely commercial, forced to walk through the whole thing while you come for one thing and know where to go. Then you have paid and you still have to go to an external warehouse where people were also waiting for a long time, and several people went flipping here! You can't hide this under the covid19! If you only run 3 people who load the entire warehouse with an extremely long line, you simply have grief for your customer. Apart from the cheap and poor quality, I have really become an anti-IKEA person! Give me quantum, Leenbakker or the competitor ..

There is not a lot of difference with other IKEAS in the world. If you need reasonably priced furniture you should be here. Easy access from the a9 highway. Good parking facilities.

Always nice shopping here. Downside is that I invariably spend more than planned

IKEA is the biggest furniture factory of the world. Their good eye on timeless design gives the brand their popularity. I love their products. The store is devided in a couple dozen showrooms, where you can walk from style to style, bedroom to kitchen and livingroom to bathroom. It is just one big playground for adults who are (re)designing their home and want to be creative.

As usual, very busy. Very messy, staff not friendly. One of the least establishments where I have been.

Large Ikea, nice staff, good prices and uncluttered. Toilet a bit smelly.

Unfortunately, the quality of the restaurant is getting less and less

Your standard IKEA experience, not great but good, take some time to check out the corner on the right hand side of the registers and you might find a good buy for 2/3 of the original price. Beware: couples might find IKEA to be a challenge to their relationship, make a budget on beforehand and make sure you know what to get, be able to deviate from your plans though as flexibility is key to every good IKEA experience.

Toilets in the store had a plastic cover so using them was especially tricky. Possible tho.

Found what I wanted easily and also enjoyed a nice meal in the restaurant

Shop was a bit messy and above average much was out of stock, which is a pity. I hope that's temporary.

Fairly chaotic and disorganised. That's why I prefer to go to IKEA in Haarlem.

Hard to navigate if you already know what you want, good concept for people who want most bang for their buck.

Excellent products but customer service is not professionally adjusted in terms of waiting time. A process manager could do wonders here. The employees cannot do anything about this themselves. So 2 hours later we have a whole mirror door that you don't cut your hands on ......

Lots of stuff, you can't just get out without buying something (useful)

Normal unloading. I arrived and rang the bell. I stopped by. You go to the office and say a ramp. Waiting. There is a Wi-Fi and a toilet.

It's ikea. Love it. Hate it. I have about a million dishwashing brushes in all possible colours. Just can't leave them behind.

good store with lots of option. also on the 1st floor display of furniture and sample bathrooms. nice and cheap food option.
kids can play up to 1 hour in play area fully secured.

Problem at IKEA Ams is that a lot of orders have to picked up at merchandise pickup. Usually took an hour to get the order, there is not enough space to sit, and the parking lot is way too small.

Continue to enjoy shopping, the only disadvantage are the people who are inside WITHOUT A MOUTH CAP. Top store. Aso people without a cap, they are handed out for free.

Great place to buy affordable furniture for the student room. No delivery terms, just choose, try it out and pick it yourself. Go to the room and assemble. A bit of puzzling, but that's what makes it so much fun.

Typical Ikea, if you love the concept you Will love this store. It is keep clean and tidy, there are lots of employees available all throughout the store.

Thats where u get everything u need for house hold. Its fantastic. Even their resturant irresistable. .
