Went there for a reserved birthday party. My daughter reserved the large room upstairs for 25.00 more than the normal 150.00. A lot of kids and adults showed up but the owners sibling had the room for their party and had not gotten out. We waited for over an hour. Another party was in the ground floor room and just trashed it. Cake everywhere..
In the floor, on chairs, tables... everywhere. Since the Owners sibling was still in the reserved room, we had to take the other room AND...we had to clean it. We wiped everything down. The female employee vacuumed and took all the trash we gathered out.
When my daughter went to pay they didn't charge her for the room we were supposed to have but said nothing about the fact that the party was late by 1 hour and that we had to clean the room.
I've run corporations, national corporations. Either you reserve the company for patrons and run it with CUSTOMER service or...make it just for your families pleasure. IRS says you can't do both.
