Great Institute, I have been there for entreprenureship cell program for 3 days, it's been very good to see the management & work students get their.
Other institute must have to learn a lot from this institute not only in getting technical education but in management & other programs which are frequently going there.

Excellent place where students are involved in all activities and get good all-round development

Best IIT in the country. You need Google maps to commute this place. It's too big. There are buses, taxis, autos running inside the campus which might help you. There's everything inside the campus. Enjoy the super speed WiFi.

I am so excited to visit this place. Kharagpur is famous for this institution.

IITs, just the IIT TAG, they are unable to operate a small website, IIT JAM, errors and delaying admission lists all the time, because you know everybody irrespective of their field gets into computer science because this so called IITs are unable to provide majority of students, jobs in their respective fields,,, and non computer science students knowing nothing, unable to do anything on time. Just the TAG produces this third class web product s.

Can anyone tell me what's the min. percentage one have to secure to get admission in this college...

i can understand about modi's intelligence to talk about dyslexia kids ..but i really don't understand what were the students of this institution were up to and the applause they passed over his beautiful joke on dyslexia kids...
Awesome standards IIT - #shame#

One of the best educational institution of India primarily for technical education. It's the first IIT established in India. Vinod Gupta School of Management (VGSOM) inside IIT Kharagpur campus conducts MBA and EMBA courses. One can do PhD in management in VGSOM. Teachers are very knowledgeable. In addition to technology, humanities are also thought here. Present Google CEO is an alumni of this institute. The New Technology Guest house is a nice place to stay for outsiders.

I liked the place a lot. It's has a lot of greenary. The guest rooms are nice. Food is also good. The roads are well maintained. Though it's extremely humid. The stay is enjoyable

The best Institute for engineering. The most recognized for good placements and the infrastructure and the ambience. The people studying here are lucky and ambitious but little odd also. The college situated in the lush greenery environment is known for the tech fest. The hardest to join and the most admired college. If you're looking for good inspiration and better future join this. The self study is must cause over the years the teaching quality has dropped down. Iit kharagpur is known for quite and peaceful environment. The professors are well known book writers and some are treated as bollywood stars and people get excited when the arrive. People go crazy for them. And the outside people will never know how famous they are inside the campus. The tech fest is associated with numerous colleges and the certificate is considered very precious one. Must visit once so you can feel the environment. Also people are bit weird here as they are shy and all nerds will blow your mind. Big companies like Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Apple, are there for campus interview. But the placements have gone down by 5-10% than the last year. But the packages are exciting and guaranteed to make you rich. In short clear your JEE to admit here. Don't keep reading reviews, go and study.

Best feeling ever to study at IIT Kgp , Huge campus , everything is peace

A institute with extra large campus and has awesome facilities. Wide roads witg foothpaths to walk. Multiple delicious restaurant available for students including cafe coffee day CCD. Nearly 11 different hostels for boys and girls(separate) . The campus do have a well maintained environment with complete cleanliness and green plants everywhere.

Stop torturing dogs. With some education teach a little humanity to your stupid workers. Fools.
