The doctors and staff at OTFC are the best!
It is a very professional, positive and caring environment. They not only treat your health but support you in helping you be the best you can be.

Before coming to this amazing practice, I suffered from severe muscle spasms that were unbearable. Medication and physical therapy did nothing to help. Every three months I ended up in bed and in pain. Since starting chiropractic care, I have been episode free for almost three years and I am down to every other week visits. I started my adjustments about six weeks ago and I already see some improvement.. I sleep better and I have less tension in my neck and back. The absolute best office around! It s not often that you find a practice that makes their patients feel part of a community but OTFC definitely does! Each member of the office staff is so incredible kind, patient and helpful. All of the doctors are phenomenal and make sure that you feel heard and cared for at each appointment. Being pregnant starting care with OTFC, they made sure I was comfortable and safe during all visits and do the same with my daughter who has also started being seen regularly at just a couple of months old. They truly do care about each of their patients and it is clear from the moment you walk in the doors that you are going to be in the best hands!

My entire families overall health has improved since we have been going to OTFC! One of my daughters had to wear a back brace 18 hours a day for scoliosis and with the help of the Dr s at OTFC her scoliosis actually improved instead of just not getting worse - no surgery for her and no more back brace!!!!

My infant goes here to help with torticollis, reflux and to boost his immunity. His torticollis is almost completely gone after 2 weeks and his reflux has improved significantly.

When you first walk in, there's ALWAYS a welcome. Natalie calls you by your name. To me, that is extremely personal. When you talk to her, she is looking at you and listening to you. She has a great personality, along with the rest of the entire staff. When you leave ,they always, I mean they tell you have a great day or weekend. I give thanks to my friend and co-work from school who recommended me to the olde Town Family Chiroparactic. My hat goes off to this entire team. They ROCK!!!!!!! :)

This place claims to want to change lives for the greater good but I feel like this place herds people in and out like cattle. They pressed to do a monthly plan which costed over $500 and asked that you come 3-4 times a week. They claimed to say that they used my insurance but doing the math it was the same if I were to go to a different place. Yea they knew what they were doing but you can get the same treatment at different chiropractors. The only difference is that Olde Town uses technology and big words to tell you your back is crooked. My regular chiropractor does more for me and has a more personal approach. Thanks but no thanks.

Never have I experienced a chiropractic office where they cared so much about educating their patients about health and how it all works. I started going to them a few weeks ago and I sleep better in the night, have significantly less pain, and the neuropathic pain I used to experience radiating down my legs into my feet is GONE! This place is the ONLY chiropractor I would refer my friends and family to.

My wife and I have been going to Olde Towne Family Chiropractic for almost 4 months now and it's been a great experience! I don't have any major ailments but wanted to be proactive about my health and body since I sit at a desk all day.

Before starting I had noticeable lower back pain a few days a week and headaches at least twice a week. After a month or so of adjustments the lower back pain is gone and I can't remember the last time I took advil for a headache at work.

I thought Chiropractic was only for people with an injury or chronic pain but have been pleasantly surprised how much it has improved how I feel day-to-day. I would definitely recommend Olde Towne Family Chiropractic to anyone who works at a desk all day like me!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. I originally made an appointment for my husband to be seen as his back pain was becoming almost unbearable and figured we would try a chiropractor first to see if they could help. After sitting through his first two appointments with him and seeing how friendly and attentive the staff were, I decided to be seen myself for migraines and back pain as well and I'm so glad I did. My husband and I have been going to Old Towne Family Chiropractic for almost 2 months now and we both look forward to our adjustments! The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming and knows our names. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Really really big on education. The first couple of appointments are so much information it's sort of overwhelming. For my 1st three appointments, the doctors' baby was running all over the office. During my third appointment I had the sign up for like 12 spine classes. I think that was too much at one time. The tables are really uncomfortable for me but maybe it necessary for the type of Spine work that I need.

Dr. Stephen is super nice and knowledgeable. His staff are very welcoming and the office is bubbly and positive! Not great that my spine gives me problems but awesome that this office may be able to help me. Recommended if you're also having back spine issues.

Getting treatment here was one of the best decisions I ve made. My tmj is completely gone, and I rarely have any pain on my left side anymore. It also has helped me with the stress in my life. Everyone is very friendly and I highly recommend this place!

Been under Dr. Genthner's care for 3 weeks now. His approach to educate u vs just treat you for the problem for the end goal of not needing him is a great approach. Feel good already and continuing to work to maintain my health and learning not to need him in the end. Would recommend this practice to everyone.

When I am in Portsmouth and need an adjustment, this is the place I choose. The Doctors are great and the staff is friendly and encouraging. They treat you like family and when you leave not only do you feel healthy but happy too!

They are incredibly irresponsible with their finances and WILL misbill you astronomical amounts that are different then what is verbally agreed upon during your face-to- face consultation. They herd people in and out of chairs and there is no privacy between clients as well as between doctor-patient conversations. Do not go to this place!!! Stay FAR AWAY!

Best family chiropractor around! Upon initial visit they will go over in detail a chiropractic package just for you. Each visit you are greeted by smiling faces who treat you like family. Adjustments are quick and will leave you feeling better than the previous visit. I have been to several chiropractors before and none have been as great as Dr. Stephen and Dr. Ashley. I am on a twelve month treatment plan for chronic neck/back pain and headaches and after two months I am so glad I ve stuck with it. Very welcoming and friendly environment. Doc and his team genuinely care about their patient s health and well being. They demystify the path to good health and provide everyday tools to help you achieve good health. In the year and half I have been going, the difference in my neck and back are astounding! I had a very stiff neck and so much pain, I couldn t turn it. Now, I have full range of motion! I love going and getting adjusted!

This place is a godsend! I ve had back and neck issues since I was 10, and they ve only gotten worse over the years. Finally, I decided enough was enough. I searched for chiropractors in the area and was impressed with the ease of scheduling an initial consultation at Olde Towne Family Chiropractic. At my first visit in July, they ran through a battery of tests to see what wasn t quite right with my joints and to determine if chiropractic care could help get my spine in good shape. Fast forward three months, and my quality of life has improved dramatically. I used to only be able to take my dog on short walks, but now we can walk for a mile or two at a time. I wasn t able to lift weights in the gym like I wanted to, but now I m squatting 135 lbs. (For reference, 45 lbs. used to be too painful. Not too heavy, but straight-up too painful on my joints.) I go jogging 3-4 times a week with zero pain. No shin splints, no knee pain. The only thing I ve done differently is adding regular chiropractic care into my personal health routine. I went to OTFC with horrid sciatica from my left hip to my foot. I'd broken two vertebrae the year before and had scoliosis. My neck was straight instead of curved and arthritis was in the lower neck! We reviewed my information the next visit and planned the "attack". I am proud of OTC and myself (cause I do whatever they tell me to do LOL) that I was the WOW x-ray of the week after my 6 month checkup - full x-rays and body movement tests. My neck is now curved. The arthritis in lower neck is almost gone. No sciatica. I sleep well. I am pain free. God bless you guys!

Highly recommended! It is a comfortable environment full of friendly people who truly seem to care about my wellbeing. I was not very comfortable with seeing a chiropractor but the way they treat their clients has made it a much easier transition.

I had no idea that the pain and discomfort I was experiencing was due to all of the subluxations in my spine. I am so happy to of found such a compassionate and experienced team of Chiropractors! The Dr.s and staff genuinely care for you and your family. My family and I will always choose Olde Towne Family Chiropractic and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to lead a better, healthier life.

The low stars doesn't reflect their service. They were nice and friendly and the doctor's evaluation was right on so his adjustment may well have been too. But they wouldn't work on me without getting $150 worth of x-rays, which my insurance doesn't cover. I don't like that they didn't make this known when I initally called and asked about prices. It was only after the evaluation.

I have been suffering from chronic migraines for over a year now. I have seen 10 different doctors and prescribed 12 different kinds of medication. After being treated by Olde Towne Family Chiropractic for 5 weeks I have finally had a break through. I have slowly been coming off of my medications and today was the very first day I am medication free with no headaches or migraines! I truly feel I am on the road to a full recovery and getting my life back. I have been seeing Dr. Ashley and Dr. Steve for almost 8 years. They have seen me through daily aches and pains and my 2nd pregnancy. The care they have provided for me during this time has been effective and consistent. My 2nd pregnancy under their watchful eyes went much better than my 1st one. OTFC staff is very friendly. I went in at 4 months pregnant for discomfort. They were able to help me with the discomfort. Also, I was having blurry vision in one eye and after two weeks it cleared up and has never returned. I've been going here for 9 months and I now have regular bowel movements, rarely have to take any medication for asthma, sinus, or allergies. Overall, money well spent on adjustments that help the body heal itself. Update: I am still getting adjusted weekly and now my 2 month old is getting adjusted well. Highly recommend

Since my time at OTFC, years of chronic back pain, migraines, daily stomach aches, and even esophageal spasms have all stopped almost completely. I started getting adjusted about a month ago to correct Subluxation(s) Spine and knee issues. I have been adjusted by both Dr. Ashley and Dr. Stephen who really seem genuine in helping people to get healthy and reach their full potential. I started having problems with my sinuses which I believe is do to the current pollen season and Dr. Stephen performed Accu-pressure it helped
I was surprised and relieved. I've noticed more energy better sleep and better digestion since having adjustments I highly recommend them to all and my fellow veterans.
