I have worked for this company for more than 10 years, with an excellent relationship. In all this time I have made more than 200 works in the translation pair English>Spanish, principally in all oil field themes. And every time all the people from UTT had a nice, professional and correct treatment. After so many years, the relationship exceeds the commercial.

UTT has a highly professional team that works in many languages. I know they do work for a lot of big organizations like oil and gas companies and local governments, but they accept walk-ins, and they will do even the smallest jobs like immigration documents. Everything they do has at least three sets of eyes go over it: the translator, an editor, and a content checker.

We've used Universe on many occasions for multiple languages and their service is always great. Very responsive, flexible, and able to meet difficult technical and deadline challenges.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with this company as a contractor interpreter , they just offer fake jobs and assign unqualified interpreter's managers who just make fun of the interpreters and not provide assignments as required and if you complain, they just insult you. Hope the owner is aware of what's happening in her company because I tried to contact her, but they did their best not to reach her.
