If i could give them a ZERO star I would! They have the worst customer service, you can NEVER get a hold of anyone. They have "HELD UP" over 4 grand in my money and i keep being told it will take 24 to 48 hours to release my money! BUT its been over two weeks!! You can NEVER get a manager, This is hands down the worst company, stay away find a reputable company that will help you grow your business and provide support and good customer service. The sales guy Tony Rodriguez that was sooooo eager to signed me up, wont even take my calls now for any after care!!!!! That says a lot about the integrity and ethical practices.

Been using First Data for a couple of weeks now and so far they've been good. From the time I sent an inquiry to their website I was immediately contacted by one of their sales reps, Andre Sanchez, who dealt with me courteously and walked me through the application process along with answering every single question I had before I was comfortable signing on. It has so far been breeze and easy to process with them including quick deposits.
Nasrin has been extremely helpful. I work at a business that uses First Data and I have my own business that uses their service too. Nasrin is quick to reply to your calls or emails. If she does not know the answer she will find the department or person that does. Great job Nasrin!

This is a fraud company guys never go with them I have cancelled my account with them but they are still taking the money out of my bank account I called them about 1 millions time and all the time there is a different story they gave me , please please never ever get their service .
Please don't choose this company. It's like a fraud. The sales Andre won't reply you after you make the payment. I paid in full $850+hst with the device. After a week, They have the half price promotion. And I can't get the price match. They promise to refund the penalty for leaving the previous provider. It's half year from now, I didn't get it. I call the support center, and they said that I should find my sales. The sales Andre doesn't pick up phone. WHAT IS MORE, there is a penalty of minimum transaction in a month. If you don't achieve that you need to pay 25 dollars per month. Andre told me that as long as I have 1 dollar transaction in a month, I don't need to pay that. Then I found out that it's $200/day minimum. I didn't see the nunber on the contract they ask me to sign. What a funny company? They sale product based on lie and disappear! Don't ever ever ever choose this company. I'll tell as much as possible people know how horrible the company is. LIER! FRAUD!
More funny story: I called the customer service asking about the penalty. They see my statement and said that see there is a $300 paid through visa to your company. That is the refund. THAT IS THE MONEY MY CUSTOMER PAID TO ME NOT YOU! I KEPT THE RECEIPT!! Are you kidding me FIRST DATA! I would rather paying more to a reliable company than being played around by YOU!
I spoke with Maryam Bin Yahya. She was very helpful and responded to my emails quickly. She made sure the process was quick and smooth. Very patient with me and was not pushy when I told her I was busy at work and would get back to her as soon as I could. Highly recommend them. Excellent service
these guys cant handle larger credit card transactions, even after all necessary proofs were give, and then they cancel the service as they please.. stay away.
