Good place to do shopping or just going for a quick snack the Isles are small and not confusing and a very safe place

A DODGY little operation...they put a SPECIAL on and then charge FULL PRICE...FAIR TRADING is getting a letter

Small but well stocked supermarket lots of fresh fruit and vegetables

Can get essential stuff, slughtly less choices than city supermarkets

Overall great selection of different kinds of snack products etc, but wish it was more spacious.

Good little local supermarket. Small but packed with stuff. Have usually managed to find what I m after in the food sections. And easier than going to a big supermarket. Prices comparable too

The staff always look miserable but the shop is great considering how small it is!

Generally pretty good. Improve your bakery out front and I'm sure a lot more people would be attracted to it. Close too early on a Sunday.

Over priced, out-of-date produce. Inconsistent opening hours and inconsiderate service.

Hidden gem. Has a good selection of vegetarian/vegan products on top of all the staples. Friendly staff an added bonus

Check expiry dates. Now is third time I've gotten home to see the item was passed use-by date. Won't be back

Just okay but I have been not nicely, fairly, and ignored by staff. I don't know where she did that but another customer realized and paved the way( allowed me to join the queue). Convenient

Good variety considering it's size, food is always in date when I've bought it. They also stock a lot of international foods like amican soft drink flavours that I haven't seen anywhere else. Four stars because the place is kind of crampped but they can't really help the size of the building.

A few weeks back, a member of staff pushed his trolley full of stock into my boyfriend and I as he was coming out of the storage room, rather than bothering to ask us to move out of the way. This is the second time the same person has done that as a few weeks prior, I was crouching down on one of the lower shelves and he almost hit my head with his trolley coming out of the same room. I was once a daily shopper but due to the out of date produce and rude service I try to avoid the place. Today I went in to grab some cereal. I had a bag of woolies branded frozen blueberries in my arm when I approached the counter. The woman gestured for me to give them to her to scan them but I explained they were from Woolworths and showed her the package. She gestured for me to give them to her again, as if she didn't believe me and then would also not ring through my 1 purchase of cereal. After another few seconds of this totally unnecessary stand off, I walked out of the store without the cereal. I don't appreciate the insinuation that I was trying to steal the blueberries and can't help but think that its pure laziness or misplaced ego to not look at the Woolworths logo when I pointed it out and to continue to insist that I pay for blueberries that clearly did not come from this store. This place is lucky it's the only option for locals, as it's produce and customer service is woeful.

It has most things a convenience store should but a little more pricy than Woolies or Coles

Customer service here is non existent and if I m honest, the food selection/quality could do with some improvement also.

One of the better IGA grocers in the area. with a reasonable range of fresh produce.

Ok store but didn't put their times on Google and mucked us around boxing Day when we turned up to buy some things. How hard is it to add holiday times??

It's a nice cosy place with decent choice. The only thing I don't like about it is how difficult it is to move around once there are more than 5 people in the shop, especially if you have a basket: the aisles are very narrow.

Great mid sized super market, may not have everything you need due to size restrictions, I went to get some boxes of Pepsi max 370ml cans, that was advertised as being on special, but they had none. Other than that they seem to have most of what's needed. Easy parking although not to many spots in front of store entrance. Next to transport, buses & Stanmore train station.

very expensive especially fruit and vegetables compared to other grocery stores products on special are out of date and baskets and trolleys are dirty they are never cleaned and also they never give a receipt you got to ask for one! Customer service needs to be improved owners don't give refunds if you don't have a receipt even if you are a regular shopper and go there often very stingy as if you keep all your shopping dockets. I check mine and then throw them out my milk went off before expiry date and Tammy would not give a refund! Very disappointing customer service should be more accommodating!

Great place, has a ton of stuff and stays very well stocked. It may be small but it still is amazing.

Doesnt offer enough choices for the only shopping area around the station.

Needs full planning and reorganising of the shelves. Feels like a maze really. There is always a long wait at the cashier.

The products in comparison to other supermarkets are too expensive. The shop looks very old inside.

I'm happy to pop in to the IGA at Stanmore. They have some good specials, I find the staff helpful & sanitiser, etc readily available.

Great signage. Huge range of goods. Fantastic service.

Small, but a good range of products. Check open times closes early Sunday and around 7 most evenings.

Worst staff. Dont know how to treat a customer and doesn't have basic manners. Staff needs some common sense. Will never visit again. Will give negative rating if I had a chance.
