We had an awesome experience with Mike Wilcox on the purchase of our son's VW Passat this past weekend. Very patient and understanding without pressure sales tactics. We'll be back.

I recently just purchase my first VW from Evans and I can say I was not disappointed. As soon as I walked in I had someone willing to help me find the vehicle I needed. Tanner the sales representative was very helpful in the process and made my life a lot easier. Unlike some dealers, some salespeople push you to buy the vehicle right there and then regardless your situation. Safe to say my salesperson Tanner was not like that at all. Like I said he was very patient and willing to work with me. Tanner and Zach made getting a car so easy, already having my paperwork ready and car ready to hit the road. Best experience at a dealership by far. Definitely recommend a VW.

Just purchased a new vehicle from this dealership a few days ago.. I have to say these gentlemen really know how to do business and treat their customers well. A gentleman named Mario sold me my car, this guy was very punctual and patient during the process and made all the adjustments to fit my offer and get me out the door with a new vehicle. Nothing but greats vibes at Evans VW. Can t thank them enough!

Will not negotiate price at all, these guys/girls are a bunch of crooks that prey on individuals in need of a car and don't consider the financial well being of that individual (mind you I did not purchase a car from them).

They say they have "competitive" and "aggressive" pricing but that is in comparison to the other crooks in the area. I did my research and sure they are lower but compared to the Kelley Blue Book they were anywhere from $2500-6000 over the fair price of the vehicle and were not interested in working with me on the price. Instead they wanted me to come in first and then try to fix me on a certain price take me on a test drive and in the mean time, herd me through the loan process like livestock. Do not buy a car from these crooks, they are not looking to make a deal or come down on their prices, they want you to believe that they have the best price for the car you are interested although that may be everything but the truth.

Came and bought a car from Mike Wilcox . He helped us leave with a great deal on a VW . Very kind and cares for his customers even after the car is bought . Offered to show the features on the car to get the best results out of it , it really helped me out ! Happy to have made my first car purchase with him !

I went in knowing what I wanted and D'arco and Marcus made sure that I got exactly what I wanted. There were a few hiccups, not their fault at all. They made sure they made it right though and made sure I was getting the best deal. They truly care about their customers and want to make sure they are satisfied. I truly feel that they valued my opinion and did whatever they could in their power to make sure I was happy with my purchase.

I have been to other dealerships, and have never had such an amazing experience. These guys genuinely care about you and it shows. That is why I decided to get my car at Evans. You can tell when someone is just trying to sell you a car and when someone really has your best interest at heart. Marcus and D'arco searched and searched to find me the car I wanted and when it fell through, they kept searching and made it happen!! They are very good at what they do and I would highly recommend working with these gentleman. They do whatever it takes to please their customer and I will most definitely go to them in the future for any questions or concerns I may have because I know they will take care of us!!

Bought a 2011 Vw Tdi 90 days ago and haven't been able to purchase tags yet. There is an issue with the tdi fix paper work. I was getting pretty frustrated with the delay but the dealer has made it right. They even sent a tech out the over an hour drive to place a dealer tag on the car until the issue is resolved. The GM seems to care about making sure their customers are happy and well taken care of.

I had the pleasure of purchasing a car with the help of Tanner Kirchner. He made the process extremely easy; Tanner was very attentive, personable and knowledgeable. I truly appreciated his transparency and genuineness.

I highly recommend this dealership as anyone I came into contact with were very friendly, one can tell that customer satisfaction and finding a solid vehicle is truly their goal. I do not doubt that one would have an experience any less pleasing than my own.

Came here after a terrible experience at another dealership and Mike Wilcox totally up for it. He listened to what I was looking for and gave me a few options. He was detailed with information and even gave his own opinion. The financing side was even better. These guys want you to want and drive home in a car that fits you and your pocket. Leaving with a used 2014 Toyota Camry well with in my budget.

Tanner Kirchner, Carl, and Zack were wonderful to work with. They knew exactly what we wanted and did not waste our time. We walked away knowing that we received a fair deal from a great dealership. This is the first time we have walked away from a car purchase completely satisfied. Highly recommend this dealership!

I've bought/ leased all my VWs there! They're kind and knowledgeableand and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you get what you are looking for... maybe more. Their service center is second to none! They get it fixed quickly and correctly and will even wash your vehicle afterwards, weather permitting! The staff is very personable and always pleasure to deal with. The only thing I'd wished I'd known/ been told was my most recent lease did not have the old usual maintenance all my other VWs had. I was surprised when I went in to get it checked out and the oil changed and was charged for it! What happened to Volkswagon free lease service? I'd love to have that back!

Had a great experience buying a car here. They were willing to work on price, and were courteous about me time. It was seriously one of the best car dealership experiences ever. I can honestly say I love that place! Everything about it was just amazing. I HIGHLY recommend it!

After spending time at 5 different dealers over a two week period researching our options, we stopped at Evan's Volkswagen.

So to back up a bit, my wife and I were suffering from dealer fatigue. We had visited many dealers and dealt with all of the games they play. At that point we were tired and didnt want to go through the process again.

The VW Atlas was the last car to check out. I decided to reach out to them online first and tell them exactly what I needed and what price I could afford. Cassie took my information and worked with Mario to find exactly what we needed.

We got to the dealership and Mario met us at the door. What a fantastic experience! They had the car pulled inside the show room. Mario walked us through every feature and function. We test drove the Atlas and love it.

The next morning we decided we would purchase the vehicle and went back. Mario met us and gave us a gift from my wife's favorite place, which he remembered from the prior day. Wow what a surprise!

We went through the buying process, with no pressure applied to purchase any of the extras. Now we are happy owners of a beautiful car! Thank you Mario, Cassie and others who were very friendly for making our first VW car buying experience exceptional.

If I could leave a zero star review I could. Brother had went to his dealership this weekend to test drive a vehicle and get a loan for vehicle. Without even being told his credit was ran 5 times when under the impression it would be ran once, then the options could be discussed if further inquires are needed. Didn't happen. When called to figure out why that happened it showed as 5 hits, Ryan Justice said they would combine as one hit. Being completely false and lying to him. This is the LAST dealership I would trust with sending any of my personal financial information to be reviewed.

Bought a new VW at Evans today! Great experience start to finish with salesperson Mike Wilcox and manager Carl (whose card I seem to have misplaced in the excitement.) Women aren't always treated with respect during sales transaction but NOT THE CASE at Evans. I was treated fairly and respectfully. I got a great deal and was happy to drive away in only one visit! No games. No upsell. I have purchased many cars, but seldom drive away this satisfied. Highly recommend Evans!

I dealt with Mike Wilcox for the purchase of a vehicle. Great guy, he helped me quite a bit. The atmosphere is great and he made the experience worthwhile. I would certainly recommend going to this dealership.

I live out of state and Patrick Dromey (salesman at Evans) and I were able to negotiate a deal on a 2018 Golf R. The negotiations took place over the phone and lasted maybe 30 minutes total. And just like that I was the owner of a new R. 2 days later My wife and I drove down from Michigan to finish the sale and pick up the car. While there I was able to come to terms with the dealership and they bought the car we drove down, thus allowing us to make the 4 hour trip back to Michigan together. This was an unexpected bonus since I didn't have to put the car up for sale and deal with all the "tire kickers" when we returned home. Patrick was a very friendly and professional guy and I would wholeheartedly recommend him if you're in the market for a car, even if you're not in the Dayton, OH area. Also, shout out to Marcus and Scott, two more assets to the dealership. My experience was so good that even though I live 4 hours away I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Patrick and Evans again. My engine light went on... tried everything before making an appointment because I knew that including diagnostics the bill will run $100+. This place provided GREAT customer service from the moment I made my appointment. The manager Alex and the rest of the staff members at the service counter were extremely professional.
I went to the wrong place at first, but they still allowed me to come in although I was 20 minutes late. Relieved!
A text message was sent to me from the manager assuring me that I could text him if I had any questions while waiting for my car. Really!
He came back after an hour to let me know that my car was still under warranty and that all (including running diagnostics) was covered. Really!
He proceeded to tell me that my car will be ready in 10 minutes because they are washing it. Really!
All along, Alex was extremely professional, polite and informative.
What a difference from the other VW dealerships around the area.
This will be my go to place to have any work done on my VW from this point forward.

I have been looking for a car for three weeks and getting really frustrated with the process.

Every other dealerships wanted us to come in before they would work anything out.
Jamie is great. All the perks from Evans are great too. They offer free oil changes, trade in bonuses, free car washes, airport shuttles and more .....

I purchased a used vehicle from Evans VW and had a great experience. I saw the vehicle that I wanted on line, but lived out of state and had to drive 3 hrs to test drive. Other parties were interested, but they were willing to hold it for me until I arrived to test drive. The test drive and purchase process was an easy, smooth experience. Mike Wilcox took care of all the details and had me on my way with our new vehicle in a short amount of time. Great experience overall!!

We worked with Mike Wilcox on finding a small car for our high school driver. I usually hate the whole car buying experience. We spent most of our day off looking around all of the area dealerships. We stopped by Evans and found the used cars to be in a lot better shape and better cost to mileage. I was a little intimidated with it being a BMW and Volvo dealer, but I was treated very well, even though I was in a T-shirts and jeans. Mike knew the cars well. I had to arm twist sales staff at other dealerships to find cars I saw on their web sight. Mike was very helpful, but not smothering. Emails were returned promptly. I will return for my next car purchase.

Shopping/Buying a car is not something I enjoy, actually I dread it. However these guys made it a much nicer experience. The customer service was great, and they were super easy to work with. I would highly recommend giving them a chance if you are in the market for a new vehicle!
